ANYTHING GOES(APART FROM RACISM/NON PC SUBJECTS/ETC)

superrod - 11 Jun 2003 19:26

doesnt leave much does it? but lets try and kick start this site into action. posts are very few and far between. why is that? talk about anything but TALK. its free but it wont last without input......so PUT IN a post or two here and there.
and this time next year we will all be MILLIONAIRES

Ho hum. Just had a look at Sardinesplaice, but I could not find much reason to stay now I am cured of my Ashley addiction. Poor old Ash is still putting up microsecond charts of TWT over there LOL... yes doctor I knew I said I wouldn't

I was actually banned from moneyam in its early days for 'HTML abuse' ! I was reinstated after a rather embarrassing correspondence when I finally agreed to be NICE to everyone (without even ONE exception which I had tried to negotiate...)

OK lets talk shares. Here are mine.

Hidefield HIF is getting jolly interesting don't you think? [Small mining explorer just negotiated an earn-in to a gold prospect in Brazil with a Canadian co. called Black Swan]

PDX... moving

JKX... ready for another run

AVM... stop-start

HPD, HEV... dead in the water. I however think HEV (gold explorer mainly in Bulgaria) is a sleeping beauty, fully financed for current activities by Goldfields who bought in at 7p, currently 5p

FLT Flintstone, IP in surface coatings etc. Frankly I found this by accident, typed in the wrong epic. Gone soggy since results. However, adequately funded as I understand it, cheap at 60% discount to flotation price.

JFR JP Morgan Fleming Russian... mainly in oil majors Yukos Lukoil etc... ???

REI Resources IT... refuses to die anyway, largest holdings GTL CER and TMG

I am itching to get back in to GWP but it has in fact substantially followed a prediction I made, to correct from the recent 265p high; I target 180-190 as re-entry zone

Watching Phytopharm PYM also

Would consider Dyson DYS and Porvair PRV, both in interesting materials sectors

Also hold Harmony HMY and Anglogold AU (US trading via www.sharepeople.co.uk, excellent reliable online broker).

Just a few midnight thoughts

It is now 8.20 a.m.,and there have been over 30 posts on the `pay to talk` side,
no big cut and pastes ,no ramping, no ` mines bigger than yours`,no gangs roaming , ramping and warning off those who dare suggest a share may fall- some shorters too.
In short an eclectic, well mannered buch of posts, not suited to the mass `machine gun` scattering of any old share to `ensure one goes up` style loved by the bemoaners , who incidentally are totaly absent from the action- can`t pay or not allowed to, can`t afford to ?
90 posts an hour is quite enough for normal perusal thank you, unless you are a ramper of course

Testing 123
Hmm seems I'm free to post, question is will I be talking to anyone?

MightyMicro - 04 Jul 2003 20:21 - 54 of 61

Densil:

Why did you think you wouldn't be free to post?

And yes, you are talking to someone.

Hello.

MM

superrod - 04 Jul 2003 22:19 - 55 of 61

Sequestor - 05 Jul 2003 11:12 - 56 of 61

still not managed to save the fiver yet drooper?

Tris - 05 Jul 2003 11:18 - 57 of 61

just on my way out Rod, is there any wonder people stay away with such obnoxious prats like oily here, a potencially very good alternative site ruined by oily and his handful of jokers ..bye

Sequestor - 05 Jul 2003 11:55 - 58 of 61

nope, insane.

Densil - 05 Jul 2003 12:24 - 59 of 61

MM my last posting was wiped probably because I was posting a view that was less than respectful of the management's judgement in the matter of ainsopf
I actually came back to see if there was any way of unsubscring to the moneyam end of day newsletter but I cant seem to get it to wipe me out.

Sequestor - 05 Jul 2003 13:05 - 60 of 61

but I cant seem to get it to wipe me out

Hey I just tried to get on to Sardinesplaice and it said "Account disabled"

Did I do something bad?

Last thing I did was to bung up some links to a couple of US sites, quite respectable politix/general interest, on a "What are your favourite links" thread, e.g.

http://pages.prodigy.net/aesir/speng.htm
