Any opinions on the A.G.M.that was held today ?
I apologize if I gave the impression I am trying to hype/ramp this share.I never
do.I own 1,250,000 so am obviously keen to read any guesses/opinions/facts.I
often put equal value on guesses from astute investors.

aj I know you are keen on this one right from the start of this thread and see the upside, you have also been open with your holdings. I dont think you are trying to talk this up and have maybe bottom fished this one. The problem is that you have to have faith in the new mamgement, as usual the AGM was upbeat, you would not really expect anything else, but with no real current history it is IMO still a punt. If you can get info on the new board and their achievements which show they can grow a business well that would be different. Without that in the short term there are no financials or charts to support. However if they do get the new contracts and aquisitions then they will take off and you will clean up.....Myself I may take a little bit of the action just to try the water but would prefer to buy on a break. Keep posting the ifo and views and hope you make your fortune.

Had a look for Navitas Hemway on the www. Only one find, they live on the Crewe Business Park. Apart from that, they don't even seem to have their own web site. That in itself doesn't necessarily mean anything, but not too sure why CRB's Chairman is so upbeat about an association, with what appears to be an unknown company. Happy for someone to educate me.

I have also looked and found it hard to get info, probably my untrusting nature runnig away with me

ajren - 12 Mar 2004 19:07 - 55 of 151

Thanks for good posts.
I do not have much time so short post.
Perhaps you read I owned a property business in Dublin. This share is basically
an instinctive buy.I merely feel good vibes from the little bit of info I got
about big shareholders and good vibes about Navitas Hemway despite knowing
almost nothing.1,250,000 shares is a very small amount of money to invest so I bought.I will buy more if good info keeps coming from my and other posters
contributions.I will find more info next week and post it here.

Hello ajren, A guess!! Stephen Dean(and his several Companies) have not gone away?

ajren - 15 Mar 2004 16:33 - 59 of 151

Hi jnknill,

I am delighted to see a guess.I think this board has sometimes too many facts
and not enough guesses from shrewd investors.I will try and find out more
about Stephen Dean.

What are we aiming to gain from this company. There is no news its so annoying

I expect a price increase when acquisitions and contracts commence.

janesteve - 16 Mar 2004 18:11 - 62 of 151

there seems to have been quite a few big trades on this share in the last week or so without much altering in the price

snakey - 16 Mar 2004 22:16 - 63 of 151

I believe there is still a little settling in of the new team to appreciate and that there will be very little dramatic movement here for another month or two.
worth holding in my opinion though.

ajren - 17 Mar 2004 13:42 - 64 of 151

The buoyant state of your economy is a major factor in why I am interested in
this company.Property related companies will,in general, benefit greatly from
it.

I bought 1,250,000 at this price last week. They went up and are merely down
again to this point.Very small volume so I am not worried.
