Keep an eye on this tech stock - after years of loses, rights issues, etc things look to be moving in the right direction. Tipped by Redmayne last year it could be a winner.

Lots of splendid news hlyeo98. I especially like the "The agreement has
further potential milestone payments worth up to 171 million and Protherics
will also receive a 20 percent net royalty on the net global sales of CytoFabTM", piece!

q1,
Well at present your pediction is wrong. This is not a dig, as I also thought it would break the 1 line. All the indications were looking like a plus 1 today but I suppose there is most of the trading day left. It just shows how volatile share dealing can be. Still I now expect a few small adjustments till we get some news.

L2 looking good. 2 on the bid, against 8 on the ask. If the next 3 Set's on the bid go, I would expect it to end up a bit better that the present price of 2.5p down.

A snippet from Sharecast.
AstraZeneca's ditching of Exanta demonstrates the markets faith in the ability of AZ to tackle its meagre pipeline of new products by buying in the necessary new science. With $6 billion of free cash, it should have the financial clout to seal the best deals going says the Times.
My view..... You never know, with their cash, acquisitions may be a way to go. Or they may look toward such companies as Protherics for further licensing agreements. Every little helps.
