Why are we again at 10.5p bid?
It doesn't add up...
Good Results + Strong buying pre results + Christmas online buying soon = Price drop
Then again some companies that have debt for equity hanging in the balance, poor results and bankruptcy around the corner and they go up!
Why sell now at a loss?
Wont that be a kick in the teeth when we see 13.5p 14p again!
Best of luck all.

I went away for last 2 weeks and guess what?
Well, RTD increased from 11.75p to 13.75p in that time. I couldnt believe it. I've sat dispairingly every day for months wishing it woyld rise and just when u think nothing will happen,it starts to move with some movement. I'm hoping for a lot more of course from RTD this year as i'm sure will be relaised from the results in due course.
Regards to all RTD holders

If RTD can close above 14p it will be very interesting indeed, tempted to start a thread with 'Next stop 20p!"

Very positive write up in Shares Mag this week on Directors Dealing page. Broker predicts EPS of 1.3p for 2004 which if correct means P/E ratio is currently only 10. Oddly the share price has dipped a little today.

Retail Decisions plc - New press release from ReD
A good Christmas for spending online, with post Christmas internet sales up 50 per cent. but figures show attempted eCommerce fraud
rose 25 per cent.
Figures released today by Retail Decisions (ReD), the international supplier of payment card fraud prevention services, showed that its European internet retailers reported a rise in Christmas sales of 53 per cent. Transaction volumes of Card-Present and Card-Not-Present online sales steadily increased towards the end of the year with peaks on 23 and 24 December seeing daily rates of over 700,000 transactions. Between 12.00 pm and 1.00pm on Christmas Eve ReD alone was handling 21 transactions per second online amounting to 75,000 transactions overall showing that yet again consumers waited until the last possible minute to do their Christmas shopping. Meanwhile mobile phone top-ups on Christmas Day were up 45 per cent on average daily levels in the last quarter of 2003.
These figures came as attempted fraud for internet Card-Not-Present transactions in the last quarter of 2003 rose by 25 per cent. (compared to Q4 2002). In other Card-Not-Present markets, particularly pre-paid mobile phones, attempted fraud rose by 70 per cent. as greater numbers of people topped-up their phones. Transaction volumes going through ReDs ebitGuard fraud prevention service point to an increase of 50 per cent. in internet post-Christmas sales shopping compared with last year.
Commenting on the figures, Carl Clump, Chief Executive of Retail Decisions, said, As the use of credit and debit cards for internet and telephone orders rises, so does the level of attempted fraud. The rise in online sales means that consumers are gaining greater confidence. However, online retailers must work to eliminate card fraud as they will have to cover the cost of fraudulent transactions whilst simultaneously ensuring swift and accurate transactions for genuine customers.
During the last quarter of 2003 ReDs European operations handled an average of over 560,000 online transactions per day, up 16 per cent. on the same period of 2002. This volume growth predominantly came from Card-Not-Present transactions where there has been a 93 per cent. rise on the last quarter of 2002.

I was expecting to see a big rise today after this news!!!!
A little shocked to see the price had fallen. Looking forward to seeing what happens next week, anyone have any ideas for the drop, apart from a few short termers getting out?

There is no dividend to be paid on this share - certainly not from a company release. Looking at the stage the company is at you won't see a divi for 2-3 yrs imho. 1.7p would be a yield of 13% - not something you get with a small tech stock i'm afraid

RTD looking good today. Nice number of buys so far this morning. Still time for people to buy in before the spread and price increase. I doubled the number of shares I am holding this morning.

We have had previous estimates of 20pence in March, others at 30 pence.
What do you guys think the price will go to after the reports are published in March? Any guesses? (as it is starting to look very interesting, to all of us that held these shares in the terribly boring period) I bought in at 9.1p and am hoping for around 25p come the end of March
