I had to laugh at this one......"This is causing an even bigger over supply in China, so they are dumping it on the EU etc."
Yes my heart bleeds, What about closing down some of their steel mills just like whats in store for those around the UK...
Or is it just the UK's steel mills that have to take the brunt of all this over supply?...

We've lost market share to the Chinese due their over supply and cheap dumping..And due also to the HIGH energy cost that is added to energy bills for climate change and other greens cons by being in the eu....

Actually the green costs are added by the UK. The energy costs in Germany are far lower than here.

National insurance figures set to inflame Brexit
Official data expected to show more European migrants work in UK than previously indicated
well there's a surprise!
and how many "extras" from all sources have learned how to manipulate the system for benefits with no input?

It's the worst kept secret that there are around 1.3 million more than our government would have us believe, and that's without the 1 million or so illegals.

No wonder Mervyn King said the EU would destroy Britain , we will be spending fortunes on NHS and services just to stand still , plus the benefits to pay out this is without these other countries yet to fully join , you can bet hoards will make there way over here , and it's all looked over by the stayers .

The UK is paying out £700m a year more for the medical costs of British people in the EU than it recoups from other member states for the treatment of their citizens in the UK, Brexit campaigners have said.
Vote Leave, one of the leading groups campaigning to exit the EU, said its new data showed the UK was “getting a bad deal” from the rest of Europe when it came to the reimbursement of medical costs.
The claims sparked an immediate counterattack from Britain Stronger in Europe, the leading remain campaign.
The remain camp said it was proof that Brexit campaigners would expect British holidaymakers in Europe to pay for their own medical care.
=====================
the above is a good example of why it is impossible to get a straight answer on anything in this debate
in fact, when my wife had to see a doctor in france a few years back - potentially serious problem - we had to pay ...... theoretically, we might have been able to go to a hospital and then reclaim, but .......
also
it is not expensive to have medical travel cover and is often included in the package of other travel insurance
one gets the impression that uk hospitals find it too much of a fag - prob much paperwork too - to collect money at the door, though private clinics have no such difficulty

Was or is there a form 111 to fill in before you go abroad , might be wrong , to cover you while on holiday for illness .

You fill a form in then you get a eu health card...BUT they always recommend that you get private medical insurance anyway.
At one time the eu health care didn't cover certain medical conditions, whether they do now, i'm not sure?
Its true what you say about UK hospitals finding it a bind to claim back the cost, not only from eu citizens but those health tourist who come from around the globe, one of the reasons is simply that the NHS is free at source and so find it restrictive to chase for payment..Unlike other EU countries.
As to private clinics not having difficulty getting paid, that's because you have to supply credit card details/private medical insurance, BEFOREHAND..

last part - exactly so
so why can't hospitals do the same?

More paperwork against return.
Prevalence of overseas patients at private clinics makes it worthwhile.
Some NHS hospitals are organised to charge overseas "patients" as they do for motor vehicle accident patients.

Prevalence of overseas patients at private clinics makes it worthwhile ....... codswallop!
Some NHS hospitals are organised to charge overseas "patients" as they do for motor vehicle accident patients ........ and what % is actually collected and what happens if not and what about all the hospitals that are not so organised?
