If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Di,
On it now and JT has made our suppliers aware of this - they are going to be doing some testing on the feed to see what is causing this.

Di,
Can you refresh, the only order I can see for 2156 is for col 387 times 15.43 and is a correct order on the sell side

You can only describe it as a mess !
Is there any SETS stock that doesn't have rogue orders ?

Di,
they have been informed and will hopefully be doing the testing tonight after close, we have given them specific info on this to work from.

Apologies to you all - as I say JT has made our suppliers aware of this and they will be investigating to try and eliminate this problem. When we are updated by them, I will of course update you all,

Di,
They have the resources to investigate this, and I am confident they together with help from our tech team will find and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Di,
L2 is correct, and have just monitored firstly aal and rio against Level 2 and they are updating at the same pace with the correct figures.
May be worthwhile you restarting when you have a convenient point to do it, to see if this clears the problem as it sounds as though the applet is 'sticking' on your machine.

Ian - losers toplist(and presumably the other lists) is showing different percentage changes to L2 and stockwatch (DMR being the most obvious example).
Whilst it doesn't make much odds today, with lots of dubious changes due to several MMs going offline before close yesterday, it would be nice to have it sorted out, so we have accurate info tomorrow.
Cheers,
dell

Level1 is OK at the moment but I can confirm that it was 'sticky' earlier this morning and also yesterday afternoon.
