THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

The poroblem is, I suppose, that if you take these drugs over a long period of time they don't have any effect after a while!

goldfinger - 07 Nov 2014 12:31 - 49565 of 81564

LOL Hays have I to post up the remarks posters made about you across the road???????

goldfinger - 07 Nov 2014 12:31 - 49566 of 81564

Doodlebug now labeled a chicken, see the FLYB thread.

doodlebug4 - 07 Nov 2014 12:33 - 49567 of 81564

Is that by the posters who edit posts and then get their knuckles rapped for breaking the User's Terms & Conditions, gf ?

goldfinger - 07 Nov 2014 12:33 - 49568 of 81564

We all know Hays you dont have either of us on filter, like I said the other day if you had you must be able to see through walls.

Haystack - 07 Nov 2014 12:44 - 49569 of 81564

Has someone been breaking the T&Cs? Surely it couldn't be someone who constantly makes comments about others doing the same. That would just be hypocrisy, surely!

cynic - 07 Nov 2014 12:46 - 49570 of 81564

on the other hand, thumping on the rugby pitch is almost invariably put down to handbagging and the perpetrators told to behave themselves :-)

DB4,

Are you a gentleman?

I thought that was a relish!

Fred1new - 07 Nov 2014 12:49 - 49572 of 81564

Haze,

I would have thought with your personal knowledge of hypocrisy you could write a book on it.

Pop down to Party HQs and they will instruct you what to write.

cynic - 07 Nov 2014 13:05 - 49573 of 81564

you mean he smells like a rancid anchovy? :-)

Fred1new - 07 Nov 2014 13:19 - 49574 of 81564

I wouldn't say that.

But ------!

8-)

cynic - 07 Nov 2014 13:21 - 49575 of 81564

"you might say that, but i couldn't possibly comment" is what you're looking for if i recollect well ....... ian richardson in the original "house of cards"

goldfinger - 07 Nov 2014 13:28 - 49576 of 81564

Osborne has announced live a few minutes ago that the £1.7b bill has been halved with no interest to pay. Payment is being delayed and the law relating to it has been changed.

Our rebate will apply to it as well. We can investigate the bill and if it is wrong then we can get it reduced further.

Fred1new - 07 Nov 2014 13:56 - 49580 of 81564

On QT, I thought comments made concerning Miliband's were well balanced and sensible.

Also, the likes of Haze has been has been wiped off the shoes of many after they became contaminated by him.

I suggest you go back to Grant Shapps in the dirty tricks' office and hold his hand.

Or go and act as a full stop for George on his successful negotiation to-day.

He needs a pile of gloss to sell it!

Take a bottle of German Schnapps with you.

Nice result for the UK.

TANKER - 07 Nov 2014 08:45 - 49512 of 49584 edit this post

the 1.7b that the eu says yhe the uk must pay is a con it was dreamed up by Cameron and eu leaders for Cameron to get it down 60% and for him to say we have won its all about the eu wanting the uk to stay in the eu and get Cameron back in power a bloody con trick

posted this morning it was all a con to help the conservative party by Cameron and eu leaders it stinks of corruption

ExecLine - 07 Nov 2014 14:04 - 49583 of 81564

Great result for Cameron and Osborne getting the £1.7b EU demand halved.

As I'm driving around my local area at night and seeing(?) loads of the street lights have been turned off for us to save money, this EU Demand for Payment, and for such a massively large amount, really pissed me off.

Yes. Well done to DC and GO.

Hey! That's worth at least another 5% in the GE Poll, don't you think?
