Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

J.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 20 Aug 2004 10:25 - 501 of 616

All,

I will be restarting our level1 streaming services to fix the bug with the Buy/Sell/Unknown volumes.

If you have not reconnected within 2-3 minutes, please press the ctrl key and hit the 'refresh' button on your browser.

Sir Tullett.....can only get 1 monitor to work, also no trades. Tried all the usual....control/f5...deleted all files, rebooted, still the same.

teletigger - 20 Aug 2004 15:57 - 505 of 616

Tha lack of streaming trades is only on some of the smaller shares....e.g. RAF.

teletiger - can you see anything when you go into the trades page to look at a smaller share?

When you say you can only get one monitor to work, do you mean you can only have one monitor in one browser at a time - if so - can you tell me what happens when you try to acces another?

Ian

teletigger - 20 Aug 2004 16:05 - 507 of 616

I can only get 1 monitor (the largest one) to work. one monitor on 1 page. the message on the others is "stock applett started". My Java console tells me that pages have no properties.?? whatever that means.

TT,

There are currently no problems with teh system, and it sounds like you are struggling to download the applet. I know you have done this before, but could you log out of any browser that is logged in using the 'LOG OUT' button and the close them down and restart your pc again?

Can you let me know if this makes any difference?

Ian

teletigger - 20 Aug 2004 16:49 - 509 of 616
