Anyone following this one? What is the story on the recent moves?

Looks to me like a 36% Divi..

up today significantly, yet Sells outnumber Buys by a massive number.
Must be MM's playing games, as there appears to be no decent reason. Indeed a fall of 8% would look the least IMHO.
(-Other than Banks are likley to have some money, following West-World Refinancing, last weekend...)
EDIT (18Nov08)--Dir buys 24k's worth - not much given the low sp. 8.5/9p
EDIT (2Jy09) - up 10% but still this is dire . . . . 4.5/6p
anyone got good news..?
