Today - 1pm - Murray plays in a real David vs Goliath tie at Wimbledon. Will he do it? Who knows but would be pretty cool if he did :>)
One eye on the screen and one eye on the TV this afternoon LOL

I think he was being Scottish when he said that....but now he's the only British player left at Wimbledon everyone should support him....LOL...

I guess it was one of those "throw away comments" that only really matters if the football team (and or manager) prove to be so woefull they don't end up qualifying.... Doooooohhhhh! :-)
Looks like the rain's the only winner today so far....

he's just a young lad at end of day....i'm sure he doesnt want media guys taking pics of him and surrounding him and picking up on his every word....he's made comments slagging off women too.....maybe he is a good guy after all then, lol.
most scots dont support england at football.....i think its mainly cos of non-stop biased english coverage on tv.......scots and english people get on very well.....i have many english friends.
so its just football thats the issue.....even rugby its more friendly rivalry......i supported tim henman but i suppose he is more diplomatic although he was older.
anyway hope murray beats the dago.....too many spanish taking over this country as it is with abbey, baa, scottish power etc.
he's beaten french and german already.....spanish next!
go andy

yes its funny that he's british now as uk has no other real tennis player whereas in past we had tim henman.
before that andy was scottish.
same thing happened with elena baltacha.....she was scottish here until when she started wimbledon then all of a sudden english people wanted her as british as they thought she was young and could do well in future. she aint really scottish though .....her dad was a great footballer i remember for the red army

seems like u r in the crowd maddoctor....shame on you....people like u should be kicked out of uk.....if u dont support uk or british people then f??? off.
just had tennis on and guy came on between games to interview people outside and about half are supporting a hippie ****.....unbelievable.
thats what i like about east euro people.....they support totally their own country and people.....in fact they hate most foreigners. in russia, u would probably be put in jail if u supported a greasy foreigner

why maddoctor?
like most scots, he had to leave crappy uk to improve himself.......not many of us left here.......in fact theres only about 1.5 million scots guys in scotland....so fact that scotland are rated 2nd best small nation in world at football after croatia is amazing as its unlikely babies or 85 year old men r picked (i reckon heres only about 0.5 million guys rom 18 to 40 here).....considering croats r mainly croatian and proud people.
aye andy, u will need to improve and get stronger even more.....**** guy seems decent enough which is strange from a corrupt nation like his.....did u see these english footballers with homes that will soon be demolished meaning english guys lost all their money
anyway, tennis i dont watch....just watched it cos of mr.murray....wont be watching it again unless he's on again

Well guess we knew it would be tough against Nadal - he's a hugely talented young man, but here's to next year for Murray and continued improvement :>)
