Those interested in Elliott wave will know that the target from the first chart was at the Blue 'b' label.....

We are there now, and although it is possible (hence the ?) that this is the low, wavers will see that I have moved
my preferred target lower still.

1268 has been a very long time coming but it is just about there now...quotes went to 1267 so far.

Here is also a possible 3 Peaks and a Domed House pattern that I have been following and is looking for a significant high here if valid.

S&P500 Elliott Wave Analysis

Straight through the 1268 target on the way up, but 1293 was the upper resistance level and did the trick.

The cash close below 1264.25 completes the doji reversal pattern.
