panto - 28 Apr 2014 00:08

There is no thread for the stock so I opened this one after buying some shares last Friday

Mercer Resources is an investing company that is seeking to invest in opportunities within the natural resources, energy and precious metals sectors.

Such investments may result in the Company acquiring the whole or part of a company, asset or project (which in the case of an investment in a company may be private or listed on a stock exchange, and which may be pre-revenue), and such investments may constitute a minority stake in a company, asset or project in question.

- The overhang looks like being cleared now and MMs have let the share move up last Friday.
-Share price has crossed 200 Day MA and now is looking very bullish as the volume is also there

Negative views
No investment has been made yet, as 2 directors have recently being appointed with options 100K options each
The burn rate seems mimninal and cash is below £400K
