I'm finding it a bit of a heap, but this is just on first impressions so might come to like it later. Previously used AOL6 which was no trouble to install or use (never bothered to upgrade to 7); however have just yesterday installed AOL8 for a trial. This time - loads of trouble, had to use the tech support helpline twice to fix two separate problems with the install; and it still comes up with some "tkonnect" error message every time I start it. At least I can access the Internet with no dial-up cut-offs now though, which is my reason for using AOL.
