Is this company a takeover target - can anyone substantiate the rumours back in DEc of an American co sniffing around thier offices?

the offer was not enough when it equated to 31p per share

and its gone down

IF Last min thought it worth that then SURELY some else will stick an offer in now
even if its only 30p its worth more than the Last min offer is now.

the only people likely to accept at this price will be those who have been promised either a large payoff for existing job contract / early redemption of stock options / or a secure job in the new empire

perhaps 'our' directors?

it wont benefit any of us!!!!!
