up 1p today mainly on sells,
the traders must be hoarding the shares,
no news, so something might be imminent,
its only been averaging about one trading day a week,
some weeks no trades at all,

Suspended pending talks that may lead to a reverse takeover.
Bullion Resources PLC
15 February 2005
Bullion Resources plc (the 'Company')
The Company notes the share price movement today and wishes to announce that it
is in advanced stage talks which, if completed, will amount to a reverse
takeover of the Company. The Directors have therefore requested an immediate
suspension of the shares from trading on AIM.

Should at least double or triple from here if the acquired larger company has any good prospects. Resources stocks are on fire at the moment and it would be in everyones interest to get this reverse takeover done before any air comes out of the current bubble.

watcher,
golden prospect were heavily involved in BLO
before the collapse, and it cost them over 1 million
saving bullion resources from going under,
anyhow in there following interims,
they stated bullion were still worth 8p
at the very worst,
also discussions with other companies during
the 2004 season came to nothing and did not lead
to a suspension in the price,so last tuesdays suspension,
hopefully, will turn out for the best,
if the reverse takeover goes through, with a credible
company, the only way is up,
bullion stated that it was prepaired to wait for
the right deal to come along, here is the statement,
Malcolm Burne, who has taken over as chairman, told Mineweb the changes were necessary if Bullion was to move on. The company in recent months had worked on two separate deals that came close to completion, but the baggage was too heavy. A reverse takeover needed a cleaner structure.
He added: We are putting into place the right corporate structure and profile that can give the market confidence that Bullion can do a serious quality deal.
Burne said that both the companies Bullion had talked to without success had subsequently listed on AIM.
