Red Hot Penny Share Guide - a tip sheet written by Tom Bulford, published by Fleet Street publishing who have a whole stable of tip sheets which I always find stimulating and take up quite a few recommendations from. Of course I always DMOR.

Many thanks. I was watching this one as day care nurseries seems like a growth industry. Quite amazing such a small tip could prompt so much trade volume. I found it almost impossible to find out much in the way of info on these so have merely continued to watch from the sidelines. Any idea where I could come across the annual accounts for a small company like this?
Cheers.

Their address and phone number are
25 Harley St, London W1G 9BR
+44 (0) 20 7299 1400
website is www.primarysteps.com, but didn't see any investor info
I am sure a phone call will elicit their accounts or the right website.
I use www.digitallook.com as a general source of info on companies - you can register for free. It contains financial data including RNS listings.
The most certain place is http://www.londonstockexchange.com/en-gb/pricesnews/ the London Stock Exchange site which lists all RNS and AFX and other news/reports. They have all company interim and final accounts.
Hope this helps

Cheers SD.
I will maybe phone them and see what they say. They must have the most visually underwhelming website i have ever seen. The Chief Executive must be doubling as Head of IT.

I wouldnt be watching these Peadar if i wasnt interested although i have found it so hard to pick up any information at all on them. Any links you have etc would be greatly appreciated. Various newspaper articles suggest that the number of mothers going back to work after child birth and putting the children in day care nurseries is increasing and will continue to do so for many years to come.

I also think that sector consolidation will bring both expertise and overhead savings to bear on an otherwise totally fragmented and almost amateur business - see also FDT in the dental laboratory world.

speaking of dentists, i had some joy with I think it was called integrated dental which was subject to a management buy out. I guess you are right, similar sort of fragmented sector. Hope for more of the same here. captain is right though - no way of knowing how this one will go, can anyone tell me what on what grounds this share was tipped
