Please accpet my apologies, but our suppliers are experiencing a problem at the moment - with both Level 1 and level 2.
I will notify you as soon as this is resolved,

Stockwatch is a complete mess, showing a combination of yeserdays and todays data. How long is this going to take to rectify?

I think its groundhog day, some of these prices seem familiar.

Unfortunately due to the outage we suffered this morning, some of the smaller stocks will be missing order information from the books if that information was added during the outage.
Please accept my apologies for this,
Regards
Ian

Is this mess going to be sorted out today? Stockwatch remains all over the place with the same mishmash of data from earlier. Some stocks are still showing yesterday's %fall or rise and is not indicative of the current status. From reading the Trader's Board, understand you have changed your supplier, without ensuring that if this sort of outage does happen, you have a means of restoring the 'missing' data? Quite frankly, not very reassuring.

pth,
I understand your concerns, and we will address this with our data supplier - the figures will update only if there is activity in that stock at which point the screen will correct itself. We have actually been with this supplier fo well over 18 months now, and as stated we will be discussing with them how to solve this problem should an outage happen again at any point in the future,

opto,
Can you make sure you do not have a pop up blocker on as this would disable it.

Opto,
It may be that a software update has run automatically which has caused this to activate.

Java did an update Ian, is this likely to be the cause?

It is hard for me to diagnose exactly what is causing this at your end, I can confirm that the system is working correctly and that one of the known causes of this is when you have a pop up blocker on.

Ian - these are the steps that I have taken - please bear in mind that this happened to me last week only for it to correct itself overnight.
1. Turned Blocker control off
2. Logged Off
3. Cold Restart of PC
4. Logged back on (which took over 2 minutes - normally very quick)
5. selected stock watch
6. selected trade bitton by side of SEO
7. Timed out - again - so no different from this morning
8. selected Trades from top of page - ok
Hope that helps

Baza,
Unfortunately, all I can do is sconfirm that the function is working correctly at this end - you will have to investigate what may be causing this at your end as it would seem that something on your PC doesn't like it.
Sorry I can't be of more help,
Ian
