If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

dell,
I have taken a look at this, and checked the prices, and they seem fine - do you have any specific examples I could look into?

Ian - As far as I can be bothered to check(only a couple!), prices on the toplist appear correct today, although there were some errors at the end of last week, where prices on the toplist were slightly different to those displayed on stockwatch and L2. Maybe this was something of a red herring and just related to the "stockwatch stickiness" reported here by some users.
However, toplist change on day figures are still miles out for many stocks. Two that stand out are DMR and BFRD, which both suffered heavy drops last week.
BFRD is currently flat on the day but shown as -28% on the list and DMR is currently down 10.5% but is listed as being -32%.
Clearly these figures are being compared to a base figure prior to their plunges of last week, sugesting that all changes are being referenced to somewhere around the middle of last week.

Keaydian,
I have not noticed any slowness here - is there anywhere in particular you are having problems?

Charts seem to take longer than usual to show up.

Just looked at Charts, and they were quite speedy - you may want to try a restart on your machine to clear everything down and see if that cures the problem.

DI,
Chages were made over the weekend, which are working to resolve this, but it is truning out to be so major changes that have to be implemented, so although we are getting there, I would ask for a patience just a while longer - rest assured this is high priority with the tech guys, and as soon as it is completely resolved without any issues, I will let you know

Got some orders showing on L2 (SEG) that have been taken off the order book.
Have just (re-)signed up for moneyam L2 - did I make a mistake?
