ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

sticky - this isn't a political platform! .....
however, it seems to me that these so-called professional analysts (and economists) get it wrong an awful lot of the time ..... the analyses above, admittedly on a very oddball stock, have a wide variation on recommendation and value (target) ..... so which would you care to choose?

Your correct Cynic, I couldn't have predicted yesterdays result or how the market would react. I can however wait until after the event has unfolded and follow the signals being left...

The number of E-mails I get compaining about you.......ohhh dear.

am i even meant to take offense let alone be upset?

why was i wrong?
i took a gamble and a small(ish) short position several weeks ago ..... i am more than happy that it eventually proved to be absolutely on the money, to make a rather silly pun!
like shortie, i still think this stock is hopelessly over-valued, even if the market continues to think otherwise - for now

goldfinger you're right, there is a number of brokers who understand market's ability to price the business and be able to stay in a step with the market.the competitiveness is forcing them to drop "true value" numbers with margin of safety because of seldomness of cheap.

As much as I'd love to debate, ASC is going back on my watch list until, such a time sell signals arise again.

£62 has been a busy area for ASC previously and old areas of resistance often become so again. Also, although the chart indicates otherwise I suspect the price gapped down from the open on the news so another reason for this area to assume some importance.
Incidentally what planet is gold finger on? Used to rate his stock picking skills but seems to have regressed to being a childish fantasist. Shame when people lose their marbles.

Well Id rather speak face to face with you rather than you proving yourself to be a coward by going behind my back and leaving your childish remarks on a board when you think Im not around.
Now explain to me just what have i done wrong here?.
Please answer it in an adult manner.
These things can be sorted.

By the way in light of the view that ptholden cant back up his own cowardish remarks on me re- ASC I would like to explain I have no position here but I think its way overvalued on any type of measure like P/E NAV or discounted cash flow model.
NEXT is far cheaper far better management and far better value imo especially at the moment and results due.
If I was trading ASC id be trading it both short and long but at the moment see far better trading postions in individual shares.

No Jimmy sticking up for myself.
I cant stand these cowards who post behind your back.
If they have something to say they should say it to your face and not hide behind a PC.
ptholden is bang out of order with his actions tonight. I really should have reported his first post to Ian in admin but you dont get anywhere with Ian which is frustrating.
Lastime I had a problem I had to seek out the backers of moneyam and then Mike B intervened the CEO of money am and sent me a nice e-mail saying the offender had been banned.
Theirs no need for this type of back biting on here.
If they did it in the street they'd end up with a broken nose and on their back. They should think about that before jumping in with offensive remarks.
