Angus and Ross (AGU)

lex1000 - 03 Jun 2004 00:30

Excellent speculative punt sub 10p.

markusantonius - 18 Jul 2006 01:09 - 51 of 84

I sold out the other day - needed the funds! Are you still holding, Queenie?

argos7 - 25 Aug 2006 23:20 - 52 of 84

anybody got any news on agu, i am in for a long term hold!

laurie squash - 21 Sep 2006 21:35 - 53 of 84

Great RNS and no response. Lets hope the market work on a slow burn of confidence instead.

argos7 - 21 Sep 2006 21:47 - 54 of 84

its still early days for the results, looks promising though considering contrators are on site looking at road construction seems a big clue, i was getting worried that the share price has dropped since agm sept 1st, i am in for the long term but where is the money going to come from to start the project?

laurie squash - 25 Sep 2006 22:38 - 55 of 84

They may well cut a deal for shares for the contractors.

argos7 - 27 Sep 2006 21:05 - 56 of 84

the share price is dropping like a stone at the moment, not many shares being sold though!

argos7 - 28 Sep 2006 22:37 - 57 of 84

AGU a tip in this week shares mag at last people should no about this tidy company with great directors!

argos7 - 16 Nov 2006 18:20 - 58 of 84

check out the share volume on thursday anyone no why?

laurie squash - 16 Nov 2006 21:16 - 59 of 84

No idea yet.

mengelbretson - 17 Nov 2006 20:27 - 60 of 84

yep fidelity made a large purchase reading the feeder news on them. Onwards and upwards hopefully towards 30p ?!?!

argos7 - 19 Nov 2006 15:25 - 61 of 84

Hopefully more than 30p as 30p was the valuation of the black angel project in jan when zinc prices were <$2000/tonne, now the zinc price has doubled+lead price also and more zinc found in the south lakes glacer i reckon 45p is a fair price target minimum. Also ausy projects look good

mengelbretson - 20 Nov 2006 13:08 - 62 of 84

well lets wait and see shall we, Ive had fingers burnt too often on other stocks to get carried away, but it would be nice to get it right just the once !!

laurie squash - 24 Nov 2006 13:34 - 63 of 84

I went through the company overviews on Black Angel and various reports again today and it struck me. The values were based on Zinc at $1950 (Currently at $4,450)!
Noted above but didn't realise how large a difference.

laurie squash - 24 Nov 2006 14:18 - 64 of 84

The MM will not go past 21p anyone know why?
Sell at 20.88p and yet offer still 21p and they drop bid price!

argos7 - 25 Nov 2006 20:54 - 65 of 84

massive share volume in agu lately, that zinc price at 1950 was when 83million shares were in issue now there are not 138million+13million options, share dilution... AGU intermim results out soon+news on drilling results.

argos7 - 07 Dec 2006 18:29 - 66 of 84

the markets didnt take to well to agu resource update today even though they found 2 million tonnes of ore!

laurie squash - 08 Dec 2006 09:26 - 67 of 84

I can't see why the sp is still falling everything looks good unless it's the time scales putting people off?

laurie squash - 08 Dec 2006 14:37 - 68 of 84

I suppose it is the falling price of metals knocking all miners.

argos7 - 09 Dec 2006 17:59 - 69 of 84

i am waiting for the full feasability study in the new year that should give a better idea of how much s the project is worth!

Worrier - 04 Jul 2007 17:25 - 70 of 84

DYOR but worth a look. a speculative miner on the verge of announcing an updated report. Shit or bust this one
