Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian... the girls from the garage ask whether you could possibly zap those rogue orders on AAl, BARCs and other big stocks that I am taking a caning on

thanks in advance

IanT(MoneyAM) - 20 Jul 2006 15:49 - 5151 of 7315

Ian - UKWire seem to have the majority of RNS announcements missing, this morning, hence you don't have them either.
Can you chase them up please.

Cheers,
dell

One of the annoying things about this site is that the stock epic code does not travel with your browsing. If I go from a thread to a chart or a quote then I start again and have to re enter the code.

Haystack,

Thanks for the feedback - we will take a look at it.

Hi Ian,

Could you take a look at the ftse 100 heatmap feature for me. It doesn't seem to have been updated for some considerable time with stocks entering and leaving ftse100. some I can see at a quick glance are anl, ngt, gaa, aun, boot, shel, alld, ahm.

Entries I'm not sure about but must include rdsa, rdsb,ab.,drx, kel

CC,

I will get Karl to take a look into this,

Ian - I'm having a problem with the new L2 windows today.

When I reduce the size, I am not getting a scroll bar down the side, so I can't move the info to see the stuff that I want.

I was able to do it yesterday, without a problem, and all other windows open today have scroll bars as expected.

Any ideas?

dell,

The fuction should now resize itself automatically and reduce the size of the tabs - can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing and I will get James to take a look?

Ian - "The fuction should now resize itself automatically and reduce the size of the tabs"

Err, nope.
Everything stays the same size and I have no scroll bar.

I'm not sure there is any point sending a screen shot, as there's nothing to see. It's just a standard size L2, now missing a scroll bar.

Can you restore it to how it was yesterday, or old L2, whilst you sort it, as I can't use it like it is now?

James(MoneyAM) - 11 Aug 2006 08:05 - 5163 of 7315

dell,

Could you confirm that I understand your problem correctly?

You are using Level2 at "Full" size (see the ""Small" | "Medium" | "Full" drop-down box at the top-right of the Level2 window,) but you would like scrollbars to be available?

I presume that the "Medium" and "Small" sizes don't display some of the information you require?

Cheers, James.
