ASOS: BUY AT LOW PRICE!!!! (ASC)

wilco99 - 12 Sep 2003 15:52

ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

WOW i though last night this one would get clobbered more than the average.

tomasz - 07 Apr 2014 08:36 - 5154 of 5941

Yep.Ofcourse man, i had tight 40 points stop, no point got wider here.got rinsed friday already:-).i bet that swoosh run 48s stops, anyway a wonder if this is that order selling from friday 28 february , a buy chunk of 2.8mil at 6950s..?must be steel balls if still holding....

cynic - 07 Apr 2014 09:04 - 5155 of 5941

bit daft having a 40 pt stop on this one as it moved much more than that in a blink ..... still, what would one expect

now 4685, yet some were still telling us that the stock was cheap at 7000

ptholden - 07 Apr 2014 09:29 - 5156 of 5941

Yeah well, whilst can never be totally sure with this stock, further downside appeared more likely than any rise. Shame the resident expert chose to attack the poster rather than listening to the poster! Not that I fell smug, oh no.

tomasz - 07 Apr 2014 11:15 - 5157 of 5941

well, I see no value in any of posters here excluding maybe couple of singles, in a sense of sympathy rather.period.all being wrong ridiculously too many times that I downgraded it to speculating moronisms.the meaningless.not that I planned, just time prove it itself.

tomasz - 07 Apr 2014 11:40 - 5158 of 5941

anyway 4685 is important factor for now as converge with 4710 and surrounding 38.2 retracement.

Shortie - 07 Apr 2014 17:37 - 5159 of 5941

I'm wondering if old tomato is still holding long.....

cynic - 07 Apr 2014 18:49 - 5160 of 5941

well it looks as though 4685 was as much use as a chocolate fireguard ..... for all that, there seems no real reason for the dow to be tumbling as it is, but then logic and markets quite often fall out with each other

tomasz - 07 Apr 2014 21:39 - 5161 of 5941

down to 4500 now must hold, otherwise my god and 4150 filling the gap:)

required field - 08 Apr 2014 08:25 - 5162 of 5941

Just don't be in this...unless shorting....

cynic - 08 Apr 2014 08:26 - 5163 of 5941

too scary to do anything, and I always call it wrong anyway

skinny - 08 Apr 2014 08:26 - 5164 of 5941

Death cross and £40?

Chart.aspx?Provider=EODIntra&Code=ASC&Si

tomasz - 08 Apr 2014 08:51 - 5165 of 5941

Wow this fall is fenomenal, this is going to be bottom big time, please go to 4100 :-)

tomasz - 08 Apr 2014 08:56 - 5166 of 5941

I dont use these death crosses, these are lagging indicators and when they appear the market is already made a move, you can see that the death happened at breaking structure at some 6300 area.

skinny - 08 Apr 2014 08:58 - 5167 of 5941

Two death crosses - similar to RSL atm.

ptholden - 08 Apr 2014 09:16 - 5168 of 5941

Reacting to a death cross or a golden cross when it happens is generally too late to initiate a position in the direction of the trend. However, price action tends to revisit the MAs before resuming the original fall / rise. If There is a DC then I'd expect a DCB to somewhere in the region of £50, although as all this will take some time to unfold that target could be some way off. Anyway all dependent on a DC in the first place.

No idea what mr gibberish is on about, no death cross at. £63

Shortie - 08 Apr 2014 09:32 - 5169 of 5941

£32.50 is my target

tomasz - 08 Apr 2014 10:12 - 5170 of 5941

and this is it... irrelevance after irrelevance...

tomasz - 08 Apr 2014 10:25 - 5171 of 5941

all these dc's, dcb's bonkers lagging stuff are meaningless. If I use them I wouldn't make even a 1/10 of I made here.you have to work harder on structure read. lagging stuff will get you nowhere.
-----
well I do assume that with that knowledge you are nowhere.

required field - 08 Apr 2014 10:32 - 5172 of 5941

Just don't buy it...my only regret is not shorting it myself...ridiculous buying clothes online....nothing would fit...always having to send stuff back....what you can do is try a branded mark in a store and then buy cheaper online....but then look at value of this company....very successful...very well run but...still way overvalued...
