I agree with many of your sentiments, but although I think the initiation of the State of Israel (1947) retrospectively was a mistake.

However, because once a "culturally" different group individuals once occupied a patch of land, I think there comes a time when occupation of the land by the usurpers has to be recognised.

In practice I think it more important to concentrate on the "human rights" and "legal rights" of the total population of the patch of land.

That means means acceptance of each other and equal democratic rights, with restoration of properties stolen since initiation of that state.

In Israel, at the moment, there is obvious of abuse of many of those of "Palestinian" or "Arab" origin. (How you tell the differences of the different groups, other than by "religious" affirmation, or "cultural" attributes I don't know.

Ps.

However, I am agreeable to all those of Anglo-Saxon origin who usurped my homeland to B. off home, and allow the restoration my land back to me, or those of my ilk.
