If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

dell,
The fuction should now resize itself automatically and reduce the size of the tabs - can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing and I will get James to take a look?

Ian - "The fuction should now resize itself automatically and reduce the size of the tabs"
Err, nope.
Everything stays the same size and I have no scroll bar.
I'm not sure there is any point sending a screen shot, as there's nothing to see. It's just a standard size L2, now missing a scroll bar.
Can you restore it to how it was yesterday, or old L2, whilst you sort it, as I can't use it like it is now?

dell,
Could you confirm that I understand your problem correctly?
You are using Level2 at "Full" size (see the ""Small" | "Medium" | "Full" drop-down box at the top-right of the Level2 window,) but you would like scrollbars to be available?
I presume that the "Medium" and "Small" sizes don't display some of the information you require?
Cheers, James.

James - Yes, you just about have it.
Even the small window is larger than I use and the wrong shape for me(It also doesn't have the trade info).
I usually have several full sized L2 windows open, each letterboxed down to about 1" by 5" to just show the top 4 or 5 buy and sell orders.
As I use the full sized windows reduced down, if I want to look at trades in detail, I can use the maximise button to instantly see what I need to see, before reducing the window back down to view the rest of my windows.
It works great for me, hence I am a bit miffed this morning, with my screen being a jumbled up mess!
Please, can you restore the scrollbars so I can drop the window size right down and still centralise the info that I require.

dell,
I've restored the scrollbars. To make them work, please do the following:
1. Close all Level2 windows
2. Go to our homepage (
http://www.moneyam.com)
3. Hold down Ctrl and click 'refresh' (or type Ctrl-F5)
4. Re-open Level2
Cheers, James.

When I left click on 'N' or 'T' in Stockwatch, nothing happens.
So I left click again. Then up pops a new IE window with the 'News' or 'Trades' as I required but the window does a bit of a 'blink' before it finally shows the information.
Is it me? Is it my machine? Is it my settings? Votissit?
I will do anything, absolutely anything to stop this from happening. It is drivin' me crazy.

I know you like to make money from advertising but is it really necessary to tag betting links onto e.g. midday roundup? especially when the text relates to the world cup!

If the buttons will stay still long enough for me, I might log in and log out a bit too. You never know your luck.

kerrnow,
I am struggling to find where this is appearing for you - can you send me a screen shot, or let me know which page it is appearing on specifically, I have looked at the traders report and Greytones Midday Market Roundup, but cannot see it on there.
Thanks
Ian
