Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

If this isn't taking the piss, I don't know what is.

Non! Jobless French migrant family of 10 TURN DOWN a new five-bed council house because it 'didn't even have a dining room'

An unemployed couple with eight children claim they are being 'neglected' after a council offered them a new five-bed home that 'didn't even have a dining room'.

Arnold Mballe Sube and his wife Jeanne, 33, currently share their three-bedroom, end-of-terrace home in Luton, Bedfordshire, with their eight young children.

But the couple claim they need a property with at least six double bedrooms for them to live comfortably.

They claim the conditions of their current home are 'terrible', but turned down the chance to live somewhere roomier over a lack of storage space.

Mr Sube, 33, said: 'Me and my family have been neglected, we are living in a three bedroom house and there's not enough room for us to live - there's ten of us.

'It's so cramped and the conditions are terrible, my children are starting school and we can't stay here any longer - we need a bigger house.

'The council is trying to make things hard for us, my wife is a full time mother and I am a student.

so he's a full time student at 33 is he
clearly studying advanced scamming

iturama - 08 Sep 2016 14:06 - 5170 of 12628

They all need to go to study family planning - in Guinea.

Clearly an unhappy chappy, perhaps he and his neglected family should be treated to a flight back to his homeland. It must be a real struggle on £103,000 benefits in a year.

So why hasn't he and family been returned to France?

Fred1new - 08 Sep 2016 14:24 - 5173 of 12628

Sounds like the expectancies of a UKIP voter.

cynic - 08 Sep 2016 14:26 - 5174 of 12628

because he has clearly worked very hard indeed and found the loopholes to force the uk taxpayer to support him and his tribe of children indefinitely ....... can't afford them? ..... don't have them, or certainly no more than say 2

VICTIM - 08 Sep 2016 15:07 - 5175 of 12628

Freda left floundering there , and people thought they came here to find work . I'm sure there are many more cases out there like this .

grannyboy - 08 Sep 2016 15:23 - 5176 of 12628

The first thing that needs to happen, is momma and pappa HAS to be sterilized.

"Sounds like the expectancies of a UKIP voter"

And the usual desperate inconceivable jibe, just to try and score points from
something that wasn't even related to UKIP

.

cynic - 08 Sep 2016 15:26 - 5178 of 12628

i wonder if dr mengele's children also went into medicine?

grannyboy - 08 Sep 2016 15:32 - 5179 of 12628

cynic i take it from that remark that you believe these people should be
allowed to carry on breeding like rats and the taxpayer pay them never
ending benefits?....

cynic - 08 Sep 2016 15:37 - 5180 of 12628

i didn't say that, much as you wish to read that into my comment

if it were possible, and it's probably not, i think child benefit should taper away after 3 children (that number allows for a stable population)

as for housing, in this instance, i fail to understand why an apparent french migrant should be entitled to free housing at all any more than a uk student is

grannyboy - 08 Sep 2016 15:45 - 5181 of 12628

Well i'm sure i wasn't the only one to get that impression..

You really do need to get out more into the REAL world... We've had discussions
before on the subject of foreigner's, whether from the EU or elsewhere getting
priority housing over the indigenous population.

And you get examples like this and the multicultural liberal open doors brigade
wonder why people are pissed of with it all..

I think it's called Ethnic diversity as well now ,i love that one .

VICTIM - 08 Sep 2016 16:11 - 5183 of 12628

Well he may be a student ( stop it ) but he isn't very bright is he , putting himself and family in this position instead of getting on with it . The result will probably be much public outrage and indeed hatred from many in society who don't have anywhere near his privileged windfall . Idiot who deserves all he gets .

2517GEORGE - 08 Sep 2016 16:13 - 5184 of 12628

I beg to differ V, he doesn't deserve what he gets.

I know what you mean , I meant in the payback side .

Chris Carson - 08 Sep 2016 16:16 - 5186 of 12628

You mean from the unfortunate single men, who fought for their country and are forced to live on the street. Wonder if they feel aggrieved perhaps?
