Ladies team thread (GIRL)

stockbunny - 10 Aug 2004 13:01

Any thoughts, can be posted here if you wish but remember recommendations could be read by other teams or send your thoughts via email as usual - thanks!

Big Al - 03 Oct 2004 15:54 - 517 of 540

Ladies - I was indeed petrified of being pinned down by the "Girls on Top" and had to hide away here. ;-0

You want the best bit? Found out an hour ago that I will not be required offshore until Wednesday. I'm not in a very good mood at this precise moment as was really looking forward to Clitheroe and meeting everyone I hadn't previously. :-((((((

The day will come!

Al

PS - I've probably seen you in Tescos anyway, jj! LOL

jj50 - 03 Oct 2004 16:29 - 518 of 540

We believe you Al - wink, wink.

Probably Al, I am about 70, greying and walk with a stoop - ring a bell? :-))

maggiebunton - 03 Oct 2004 18:46 - 519 of 540

Some of us girls from this thread bumped into each other while in Clitheroe(or was it cliteroe!). The others seemed to spend all the time bitching off Big Al, who had made dicreet promises to each of them to attend and show them what's under his sporan. All seem like a nice bunch but that Chocolat is still slagging me off to my ex (MG) who is at present sunning himself off the Gulf of Mexico with my CSA money. She is big trouble!!

Maggie nee Bunton:-)

(Catch me if you can)

jeffmack - 03 Oct 2004 19:09 - 520 of 540

maggie
You might find you have been outed by the tea room gang

chocolat - 03 Oct 2004 22:14 - 521 of 540

Double bluff, jeffie - the original 'outer' is an imposter..
I can't believe you fell for that one, maggie, when some of us know mg's actually basking off Greater Outer Manchester.
It's surprising what you can get with a nine bob postal order. :P

Kayak - 03 Oct 2004 22:26 - 522 of 540

(wrong thread)

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 11:52 - 523 of 540

Sorry can we help you Kayak???? giggle....
Choccie - don't you OD on all that chocolate!! LOL

hilary - 04 Oct 2004 11:59 - 524 of 540

I'd just like to echo the comments of others and say well done to Bunny Girl for her STERLING efforts as team leader during the game.

jeffmack - 04 Oct 2004 12:01 - 525 of 540

She lost......

hilary - 04 Oct 2004 12:09 - 526 of 540

........ but not as badly as the "3-legged Donkey Boys", Jeffie.

:o)

jeffmack - 04 Oct 2004 12:12 - 527 of 540

True

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 13:27 - 528 of 540

Cheers Hilary - good to see one of the ladies win - we would
never have heard the last of it if one of the guys had won!

jeffmack - 04 Oct 2004 13:39 - 529 of 540

bunny
If maggiebunton is not a girl, how do you know Hilary is not a man?

chocolat - 04 Oct 2004 13:45 - 530 of 540

Have you seen maggie's legs, jeffie?

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 13:53 - 531 of 540

Jeff - Are you saying Maggie isn't a girl then and neither's
Hilary? Could be some comments on that one! ;>)

hilary - 04 Oct 2004 13:55 - 532 of 540

You've got me worried now, Jeffie. How can I check myself?

:o)

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 13:58 - 533 of 540

Hils - Ask your husband or the kids LOL
JeffMack you really are a worry sometimes ;>)

hilary - 04 Oct 2004 14:14 - 534 of 540

Don't even go there, Bunny Girl. I've got two pre-pubescent kids in the house who both want to know the "ins and outs" of it all. Nowadays, they get videos at school and a supply of condoms and bananas to "practise" on.

I was taught in a convent by nuns and sex education didn't feature on the curriculum ..... fortunately the boys at the school down the road were kind enough to give us instruction during their lunch hour.

:o)

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 15:32 - 535 of 540

True Hils - school PHSE lessons (I think that's what they are called)
are as you say, extremely informative these days coupled with the usual
'informal learning' via the feedback in the school playground! If you want
to get in first as a parent, it seems you've got to cover the subject before
they're about 6 or 7 yrs old.

jj50 - 04 Oct 2004 15:42 - 536 of 540

Hils - do they get the bananas to keep their energy reserves up?
