MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Must remember to ask Barry why if the judge in the court of law (under oath ?) didn't believe he was telling the truth then why should anyone on a free internet bulletien board.

Showered changed and back off out to party , good weekend all .. even you tabby :-)

Gausie - 12 Dec 2008 16:42 - 5178 of 8631

Phoo Kin Nelll , thats good of you Gausie :-)

Gausie - 12 Dec 2008 16:58 - 5180 of 8631

Hmmm - strange of Tabby not to sign off for the weekend with a cheap bottle of chilean plonk. Guess he must be in what he likes to refer as 'the west wing'. We'd call it 'round at next doors'.

Big Al - 12 Dec 2008 17:11 - 5181 of 8631

I'd call it the shed. ;-))

I have to say the whole Mr Muncaster episode should shock the lot of them. Certainly might explain why he's using the most ill-advised forum to get at the current BoD.

Really, it just gets worse and worse, doesn't it? More than just funding to sort out here? You'd better believe it.

I'll remain a confirmed MDX bear for now, thank you very much. ;-))

LOL
tabby has hit the sauce a bit eary tonight!

Haystack - 12 Dec 2008 18:05 - 5185 of 8631

Tabby
You seem to have a 'thing' about Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It is just a local blend. The name is the best thing about it. It is not that wonderful a wine and it mainly appeals to the Prawn Cocktail, T bone steak and Black Forest brigade. Is that a fair description of you?

tabasco - 12 Dec 2008 18:42 - 5186 of 8631

Ahh haystackfound your way to mdx thenwas that all by yourselflisten if you want a Tosscos remember they are red and bluenot to get mixed up with Woolworths that are red and red.on the way there keep pissing up treesmy dog does it and finds his way home without assistanceIm there just in case.anyway have you managed to find London yet can be tricky...must dash

A very good morning to all mdx investorsto all the others that post on this siteyour wasting your time...revenues projected for /08 50-60 million profit 8+ tab wrap technology now being appliedthe growth of the companies pipeline hard to keep up with.but SP fighting against those that have the shares vs those that want themI have a good six figure investment with this company and know many mdx PIs that also have that commitment+ the market crisis disguises the manipulationalso drawing a direct comparison against many ftse100 companies from the beginning of the year you will find even at these levels it is mostly market trend!
This is what I own for my 41p shares you could own the same for 24p or would you rather move into financials or housing or retail or Ladbrokes and shorting is a dieing tradeI know what my best hedge would be.

Yep Hunter - the posts claim roughly 860k @ a weighted average of roughly 25.8p (+/- 3p) - which at cost is 221k (+/- 26k), now worth about 55k at quoted bid, possibly 45k realisable if he came to sell.

But don't go believing any of it - it's all bullshit.

Dil - 12 Dec 2008 23:52 - 5190 of 8631

OMG just when you thought it couldn't get any more laughable , Mr Barry (we don't want or need an EGM) goes and posts this.

B J Muncaster - 12 Dec'08 - 17:43 - 21765 of 22128

Dear Fellow Shareholder,

Meldex International plc (MDX)

As you may be aware Gary Cressman and I have been working with the Company for quite some time in an effort to reach agreement on various proposals which, we believe, would be of benefit to the Company, its employees, its creditors and its shareholders. Unfortunately, despite having given the directors extended time to reply to our proposals and having made it clear we consider the situation to be exigent, at the time of writing we have heard nothing from them.

In the circumstances we have decided to prepare a requisition calling for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at which Resolutions will be put to members.

Over the course of the next day or so we will be contacting as many shareholders as we are able to with copies of our formal requisition, Resolutions and Members Statement. In addition, we will provide an explanation of the reasons we have decided to take this step.

We would prefer not to have to call for an EGM, but currently believe we have no alternative if the best interests of the Company and its shareholders are to be protected. So it is our intention to ask shareholders to support our requisition prior to it being submitted in an attempt to demonstrate to the directors the extent of shareholders support for the Resolutions. With sufficient support the directors may take the view that the proposals subject of the Resolutions are enacted without the need for an EGM.

Sincerely,

Barry J Muncaster and Gary Cressman

From the guy who "predicted" the closure of Tampa 2 days before it happened :

2Ronnies - 12 Dec'08 - 20:50 - 22014 of 22132

Come on Bazza confession time.

Did you and GC threaten the BOD this week and demand they quit except your mates the Ks and also accept your proposal or GC would call in his loan and immediately force the company into administration?

Would you call that blackmail?

Did your proposal demand that you be appointed CEO, and GC appointed as a NED?

Did you submit a second proposal with far more reaching demands, also under threat of administration by calling in a loan?

Did that second proposal include the company signing over certain technologies, and existing associated technology contracts valued at current NAV in exchange for a drip feed of funds at an extortionate interest rate convertible into shares at a highly discounted share price?

Did that second proposal still include the condition that four board members must resign effective immediately, and that you'd be appointed CEO and thus end up controlling Meldex, and your own other company holding the techs?

Have you heard that the alternative solution proposed to the company in the last few days is one that the shareholders will applaud?

Is your call for an EGM now just a desperate measure to prevent your mob from turning on you when your promises of Meldex domination do not come true?

Dil - 13 Dec 2008 00:16 - 5192 of 8631

2Ronnies - 12 Dec'08 - 22:58 - 22109 of 22133

BJM are you going to get people to vote you and GC on the BOD via an EGM?

But not tell them the full deal you are insisting the company sign?

Would supporters agree if they knew that you demanded 1m and many additional shares in exchange to supplying additional funding?

Bit like asking turkeys to vote for Christmas without telling them the full deal.

Once you have full control of the company I guess shareholders will never find out the behind the scenes deals and their terms.

Bit like the loan by the Ks.

Dil - 13 Dec 2008 00:25 - 5193 of 8631

Spin that then tabby , 2ronnies has been spot on so far and it looks like there are a few big holders already lining up on the opposite side to BM.

They get BM and his cronies out of the picture once and for all and they may have a chance of the company making a go of it.
