This is an interesting article. Perhaps giving some idea how IDG's new platform "joono" may be implemented?
"It is using mobile phones and SMS to provide temporary PIN codes for customers to make ATM cash withdrawals without the use of a bank card."

Tipped in Shares magazine!
Opening comment...
"The promise of a profits breakthrough
is moving rapidly forward
for microcap i-Design (IDG:AIM).
Investors should buy at 52p ahead of fullyear
results to September."
It's nice to be ahead of the game for once!!

Just read elsewhere that IDG has just been tipped in RHPS, I do believe Tom might be right ;-)

Just found this
(link), Tom knew about IDG back in 2008.
In his latest piece his target price is 1.25, we might see that this year with a bit of luck imo ;-)

Nice uptrend developing with initial target price 74p, once breached the sky's the limit imo. Very positive buying all week and with only c14 million shares in issue and trading statement due shortly this is starting to look very good indeed!
Remember this from 22nd July RNS... "This upward momentum is anticipated to be maintained such that the Board expects that the reduction in the Company's loss before tax for the year ending 30 September 2011 will be
significantly ahead of market expectations."

Sigma seem to be ready to sell some of its profitable portfolio in 2012, if this includes IDG, which I would expect, this should help increase liquidity going forward which imo would be very helpful indeed.
"Venture Capital Fund Management
Revenue from services for the first half was 1.3m (2010: 0.7m) although this included the compensation payment of 0.8m made by certain limited partners of the Sigma Sustainable Energy Fund II to Sigma. (This payment was part of the agreement whereby this fund has been capped at 12.4m and closed to new investment.) Excluding this compensation payment, revenue from the Venture Capital Fund Management Division as expected decreased to 0.6m (2010: 0.7m), reflecting the realisation phase that four of the six venture funds we manage are now in. The division traded profitably, generating a trading profit of 0.8m (2010: 12,000).
As the investment team manages the process of realising value from the investments held in the four historic funds, we expect the revenue generated by these funds to reduce but overall cash generated by the Venture Capital Fund Management Division to increase as Sigma's interests in the funds are realised. At 30 June 2011, Sigma's book value exposure to these four venture funds was 1.35m, spread across 19 investments and we would expect a number of realisations of investee companies to be achieved during 2012. The recent chart shows the SP has fallen below the support of the rising price channel and the support has now become resistance :(
I suppose the chart is pretty much irrelevant when applied to a micro cap stock like IDG, but I do find it intriguing the way the SP reacts to certain trend lines as shown above.
I have read elsewhere that IDG has a full page write-up in shares mag with a short term price target of 90p, Arbuthnot also have a 90p target and RHPS have a 125p target I believe.

Share price has just poked it's nose back within the rising price channel!
Question now is, will it like what it finds there or make a hasty retreat? Seems to me we need to break 65p decisively and we may be off :)

IDG has a mention in Shares Mag this week, they mention house broker Westhouse Securities are expecting IDG to achieve eps of 0.7p this year which is a 250% increase on 2011's 0.2p. They also anticipate eps of 3.4p for 2013, a near five-fold increase on 2012 expectation!!
Half yearly TU expected anytime, maybe Tuesday. GLA.
