You can predict the current cash position from the results - cash in bank, net assets, change in cash and net assets position, cash burn rate etc.

They issued 164,000,329 new to raise 738,000 last June 2005. They had 339,000 left as at end Jan this year,

WOODIE - 03 Aug 2006 15:47 - 521 of 1525

you left 1 importent piece out, the amount of each contract large and small,as the year has ended what will be the cash in bank be when the results come out?

Haystack - 03 Aug 2006 15:53 - 522 of 1525

There are no values attached to these deal. How do you value them? There is no committment any scale of use of ULT's products. I am personally expecting poor results. The results should be out in about a month.

WOODIE - 03 Aug 2006 16:01 - 523 of 1525

if there are no values to the deals you dont need to value them.
you did not answer my other question re cash position as you said you can work it out what will the cash be? as at the half year.

The net assets were 104,000 and the company is valued at 20.48m.

The loss for the sixmonths was 95,000 and the company is valued at 20.48m

My valuation would produce a share price of 0.2p

WOODIE - 03 Aug 2006 17:51 - 526 of 1525

you are stiil have not answered the question quote from your post earlier
"You can predict the current cash position from the results - cash in bank, net assets, change in cash and net assets position, cash burn rate etc."
does that mean you have back tracked and cant predict the cash position as you have posted twice and not given as answer to the question.

Haystack - 03 Aug 2006 19:19 - 527 of 1525

I can make my own estimate, but it is for you to make yours. If I post it then I will just get a discussion on the figure and how I calculated it. It is best for you to make your own estimate.

WOODIE - 03 Aug 2006 19:56 - 528 of 1525

that means you cant

Haystack - 03 Aug 2006 20:38 - 529 of 1525

The logic of that escapes me.

WOODIE - 03 Aug 2006 20:57 - 530 of 1525

simple logic post 525 those figures are months out of date so you come up with a s/price of 0.2
on you valuation.
so you can give an valuation for that but not for the cash why post one then not the other.then you state you dont want a discssion on the figure but that is what you have left yourself open with the 0.2 figure, so it implies who cant make a good estimate on the cash figure.

Haystack - 04 Aug 2006 00:38 - 531 of 1525

No. It implies that I don't want to post it.

WOODIE - 04 Aug 2006 06:14 - 532 of 1525

fair enough your choice but you have made yourself look silly.

Haystack - 04 Aug 2006 10:29 - 533 of 1525

Only to you, because you can't get your way.

WOODIE - 04 Aug 2006 10:51 - 534 of 1525

not only to me, its got nothing to do with me getting my own way you made a statement on 3rd aug then dont back it up with figures.
"The net assets were 104,000 and the company is valued at 20.48m.

The loss for the sixmonths was 95,000 and the company is valued at 20.48m

My valuation would produce a share price of 0.2p"
those figures you made for the valuation are nearly 7 months old.
is that not silly way to get a current valuation then?

Haystack - 04 Aug 2006 11:12 - 535 of 1525

No. You have to use what is available and make estimates based on cash burn rate and profitibility or lack of it. In fact the situation was even worse approximately 6 months ago as the share price and consequently the market cap was twice what it is now. No wonder the price dropped so fast. My view is that it is still wildly over-valued.

The thread title is "opinions on ultrasis please". They are my opinions. I don't feel the need to get you to justify your opinions.

Down again today. Sells essily out weighing buys. 2 million of the buy trades were T+ rollovers.

WOODIE - 05 Aug 2006 11:34 - 538 of 1525

what difference does it make if it is up or down on a day without an news, unless you want to buy or sell ?

Haystack - 05 Aug 2006 11:36 - 539 of 1525

It depends on how many times it does that and if it is a trend.
