Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

I would like to know what the actual hours worked by said "Zero hour" workers really are.

Vicky,

Actually, trying to get a little fitter and the bike is the easiest thing to cart my bulk around without destroying my remaining joints.

Only hope that I can stay on the B. thing.

It is quite enjoyable, especially when passing dogs who look at me with suspicion or relish.

My wife has suggested I take a medical kit and splints with me, but doesn't say I shouldn't do it.

It wont do anything for your brain Fred...and that's the bit that needs urgent attention.

Fred1new - 08 Sep 2016 21:14 - 5207 of 12628

Unlike yours, my brain has been carefully nurtured and matured over many years and taught to recognise bunkum, false argument and association when it is presented to me.

A pity yours hasn't received a similar exposure.

LOL!! Freda, bunkum is your middle name.

VICTIM - 09 Sep 2016 07:28 - 5209 of 12628

I've just bought a folding bike , to save my feet ( plantar fasciitis and tight things ) but i wouldn't say it's comfy . The number of pot holes etc to avoid makes it hard work .

MaxK - 09 Sep 2016 08:34 - 5210 of 12628

Cycle on the pavement, everybody else does.

VICTIM - 09 Sep 2016 08:36 - 5211 of 12628

Yes i do and the canal path , but many pot holes MaxK .

MaxK - 09 Sep 2016 08:55 - 5212 of 12628

It must be the equality act V. All routes must have pot holes..it's only fair.

VICTIM - 09 Sep 2016 10:01 - 5213 of 12628

He's becoming very unreliable has Bradley sorry Freda since he took to his bike , when you want a bit of controversy it's not there . So disappointing .

iturama - 09 Sep 2016 10:25 - 5214 of 12628

I was thinking of trading in my 4x4 for one of the those mobility scooters. Seem to be able to do want you want and nobody bothers.

Fred1new - 09 Sep 2016 10:31 - 5215 of 12628

Which canal?

VICTIM - 09 Sep 2016 10:37 - 5216 of 12628

The one down the road , with the water in it .

Fred1new - 09 Sep 2016 10:38 - 5217 of 12628

Don't fall in then.

Or, perhaps?

iturama - 09 Sep 2016 10:59 - 5219 of 12628

Darn, the long arm of the law. They are so inventive when they want to be. Must buy a tandem with a zero hours contract driver to go with it.

VICTIM - 09 Sep 2016 11:03 - 5220 of 12628

The Jokers at it again .

Merkel's Party Set For Fresh Setback In Local German Elections

BERLIN (Alliance News) - Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservative Christian Democrats (CDU) are bracing themselves for another setback on Sunday when about 6.5 million voters in the central German state of Lower Saxony go to the polls in local elections.

iturama - 10 Sep 2016 18:29 - 5222 of 12628

How typical that the European Commission think that introducing travel visas will improve security in Europe. Bit late, most are already here although thousands still arrive by boat every week assisted by European naval craft. Without passports of any kind.
If you don't know what to do, introduce a law that only affects the law abiding, and turn a blind eye to the rest. Job done.

Fred1new - 13 Sep 2016 08:01 - 5223 of 12628

Something for Cameron and the Brexiters to be proud of.

I know Farage and cronies didn't lie.

VICTIM - 13 Sep 2016 08:03 - 5224 of 12628

Keep taking the tablets Freda .
