Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

"zero hour contracts" and being obliged to be self-employed (G4S for example) are much the same same thing, but that does not mean you are unemployed

The figures that the ONS quotes are not the above, but permanent jobs. Have a look at the stats.

I have nothing against zero hour contracts, as a self employed peep, that's what I was always on. (you are as good as your last job)
What I find objectional about the so called zero hour contracts (modern ones) is that they are simply not suitable for low paid workers. How you make self employment work on £7 an hour is beyond me.
It's simply a device to allow employers to treat people like cheap shit, working in permanent fear of unemployment.

It is going to be a long wait for the oil price to recover. It looks like further to fall yet. Too much over capacity and shale oil for the price to even get to $80.

This is part of the basis of the false employment figures and the lying b, IDS success.
Where is the increase in GDP that one would expect.
After the next election and hopefully a Labour coalition I hope that the data and figures of this lying government are investigated and exposed, along with the various ministers involved.
=========
Also, investigation of minister involved in a "privatisation" deals during this period and a follow up over a 5-10 year period.
========
There probably stinking periods and corruption in government previously but the last 30 - 35 years, must be one of the worst.
