UKIP could not just take us out of the EU. They would need to win a vote in both houses of parliament to change the law. They won't be able to force a referendum as they won't be in coalition due to not having enough MPs to be a coalition partner. The only way you will get a referendum is to vote Conservative.

Personally I don't trust Cameron to give us a referendum so can't vote for him. Just because he says he will doesn't mean it will actually happen, he's lied and U-turned plenty of times since being in power the country has lost trust in him. Oh and I've yet to hear George once say he'd approve a referendum, these two aren't even in sync on policy I don't think.
