It is now time to switch to a new Money AM football blog as the world cup is now over and we all look to the future.....World cup 2010 is over, Bravo Espana, and Forlan, once again and bring on the new season !.....I never expected the last thread to be such a success...thanks all.... so this new one might go on for years without the need to edit the title...we shall see...

The chances , that he was just 'bragging' and 'shooting his mouth off' about all the stuff he knows, which is all very fascinating and interesting, are very low, IMHO.
Pity really. I did think he was going to be a very good and very successful England Manager.
Too much greed in British sport.......there are other examples :....some operate in the media today.....isn't it nice to see the sport gospel being preached ?.....whilst....having broken the rules ?....

The pitch is bigger but if that's the issue change it to what you want within the laws. Bit lame really. Bottom line is players brought in are not that good.
E/L, It was a good-en wasn't it, scored a few when he was with us but his legs are no longer up to it at our level now sadly. Think you have got a very good signing there.
