Your seemingly moral indignation at "rape" or "abuse" of young children is obvious. I hope the same would apply to individuals or groups from all age groups, whatever the "racial" origins.

I wonder, if your indignation extends to those who react against promised "foreign aid" to buy vaccinations for children in "under-developed" countries".
