Forgive my ignorance - what is a ten bagger - is it as obvious as it sounds ?

Dynamite - 24 Jan 2005 14:19 - 535 of 27111

10 times your money

AdieH - 24 Jan 2005 14:26 - 536 of 27111

Could me more in a few years time, lets hope.

driver - 24 Jan 2005 16:43 - 537 of 27111

Another 14.04% in the bag can't be bad.
It has definitely gone through a barrier sound or light I cant tell.

AdieH - 24 Jan 2005 16:45 - 538 of 27111

lol, lets enjoy its only a profit when you bank it, now its fun deciding when to take profit it taking it all... Good Luck to all holders.

ssanebs - 24 Jan 2005 17:00 - 539 of 27111

as i said on friday they met fund managers on friday and they obviously like what they heard and are buying ahead of the asda trials results in 2 weeks. As the buy note from evolution said 10p price target and they will massively upgrade this on more news.

EWRobson - 24 Jan 2005 18:18 - 540 of 27111

Great day! Bought on my wife's account at 7.2p first thing. Tried to top up my CFD position but blue index were awfully slow and I followed the price up to 8.2p. At least I've got my exposure up to that for ASC. I'm playing it on the assumption that SEO is the ASC of 2005, even better than PDX. The price action bears you out, ssanebs. No one likes evolution but they do respect their analysts. No one should even think of taking profits (I did that early on with ASC and lived to regret it). 'Run the profits! indeed, top up.

fuck me!!!!!!!

andysmith - 24 Jan 2005 18:35 - 542 of 27111

Need a sit down, but then again not. We always knew it would happen, usually tumbles after a good rise but not this time and good volume behind it, those buying from the sellers must be pleased,When the details of the Asda trial are known in full, 10p will be a bargain!! IC article in April'04 was looking at penny shares and potential multi-baggers. SEO could well be the penny share that makes us all rich, oh happy days and pleased as punch that stuck with this and bought on some lows!!

EWRobson - 24 Jan 2005 18:42 - 543 of 27111

Here's to you bosley (entered share in ASOS Challenge portfolio). Just opened a really good Pinot Noir. When do we have the celebrations? my suggestion is 25p as my extension will then by funded. May call it stanelco or I may call it bosley!

EWR

25p would be nice, I bought 13ks worth at an average of 6.6p last week, so very happy. I hope this continues til the big announcements and then explodes on the day !!

AdieH - 24 Jan 2005 19:11 - 545 of 27111

Lol this thread must be one of happiest around, wonder what tomorrow brings, would love to take profit but im tempted to stay and build...

EWRobson - 24 Jan 2005 19:16 - 546 of 27111

AdieH

One answer only - stay and build. At least until: (a) the up-trend has paused for breath; (b) one or major announcements has hit the press; (c) momentum is starting to ask questions. Don't necessarily sell then and take the views of other contributors here into account. I feel strongly that this is one to run and ACCUMULATE. Every time my CFD position goes into surplus I am investing half of it in another SEO. A conscious decision and I am sticking to it - the exponential principle!

AdieH - 24 Jan 2005 20:00 - 547 of 27111

Yeah just nice to be in this position for a change... Thanks for your views.

Dynamite - 24 Jan 2005 23:06 - 548 of 27111

AdieH ...I've been here before with PDX. I think this is the one to accumulate and hold on the troughs which are bound to occur along the way. SEO is going to be the star of my portfolio, beating PDX IMHO The beauty is we have got in now at below 10p not at 46p as many of us did with PDX. This is the one to hold and buy some more on dips.

Lovely! 2.4m buys in the first 50 mins. Sit back and enjoy, folk. And listen to Diana!

Dynamite - 25 Jan 2005 09:05 - 551 of 27111

Eric,Thanks...This just my gut feel. I seem to be good at getting the right stocks but, careful because I have not yet mastered necessarily selling at the right time. Having said that I bought some more SEO yesterday after buying DDD last week at 8.5 and selling yesterday at 14.124. Just watch this baby fly!!!
Diana

AdieH - 25 Jan 2005 09:15 - 552 of 27111

Thinking of topping up again, how long can this baby keep going, anyone got any idea why it is rising like this (i'm not complaining) but surely there has to be some fundamental reason why, is it just undervalued? Appreciate your thoughts.
