thanks for replies peeps...
i have considered adding to my holding but reality says that i would not even cover my costs. a typical penny share with a horrendous spread. i should have sold when i got them at 40p+ from memory. i wil keep a note of the sharegift website.
good luck all

Envesta is on the move. Hold tight; don't be tempted to take profits. There's much more to come. Envesta's market cap is two thirds that of IDN but is more profitable, has a much higher turnover and has far more potential. Where else can you find a stock that's predicted to have a forward PE of 4.5?

Wow- that's faith! I'm holding on to mine telecoms are back in favour, working lunch did a nice plug for VOIP on today's programme it is set to save thousands for large business and hundreds for those with heavy teenage users in their families- buy the right gadget 20-plug in a phone to your computer and all phone calls worldwide are free within your broadband monthly payment including calls to mobiles. Check out the working lunch web for ichatter article. I'm sure EVS is ahead of the pack on supplying this kind of thing.

Don't miss the boat in the morning.
Lots of volume of late,
"mass market product launch due EARLY FEB",
Market Cap 7.25m with estimated turnover of at least 20m and on target to
smash broker profit forecasts of 750k for year to June 05.
None of this includes the potential of the new "mass market" product which in
my opinion is what is behind the heavy buying lately. People in the know
letting the families and friends in on a secret maybe?
Stands a great chance of a good mention in Shares Mag or I.C this week
The new product will give this company further exposure with a mention in the press and by various tipsters no doubt.
IDN market cap has been as high as 12m just recently on widely expected profits of 660k.
EVS has 50% more turnover, is experiencing huge growth in high margin product turnover, 750k in the bank, No debt, large stake holder in Formjet, Directors buying. Trading statement two months ago stating company is on target to meet broker forecasts of 750k. Backed up with a further trading statement one month ago which reported further growth in revenue including a record month for December. Safe to assume profits will exceed 750k. Well motivated, experienced management.
Based on IDN's 12m valuation, at some point before or immediately after interims in March THIS YEAR we should see EVS make its way to a conservative 5p. Although 5p will still offer plenty of upside as the crowds gather around EVS and take it to around 9p a share come the full year results in September. At that point a fair valuation will be 20m with a forward p/e for 2006 of just 12. IDN's p/e is currently 14 and thats post results!
I hold over 2m of these shares and believe they are well positioned for a substantial re-rating. Look at it short, medium or long term but either way you will struggle to find a better buy than EVS, where for once the key fundamentals are in place but the share price is still lagging behind.
The fun starts here says i.

You bought 2 million, you must be crackers! Just dipped my toe in here and bought 11k worth as everything that you say above is perfectly true. I think that at the end of the day, you have to look at the market cap and say that it so long as the results are at least hitting or better than expectations, the company is undervalued. As they have already stated that the results will probably be btetter than expectations, you seem to have the odds in your favour.

Note todays trades, buys outweigh the sells by 3:1 and some very big buys just going through, the re-rating of EVS is on its way. I can only think that there are two issues, with this share, the first being that it is a telecoms based share and many investors have been burnt here before and the fact that the news is key to the SP, it will be very interesting to see how good the news is!

ehall: Sounds like caveat emptor! There is however a difference here. This company has been transformed and now has impressive management that is delivering exceptional growth and profits. Compared to its peers it's decidedly undervalued and as its recent strength will testify, it's now starting the climb that will reflect its true value.

grevis2: took your advice and had a look at the Seven Telecom website, this has only served to strengthen the strong opion i already held on EVS. One question though, with so many positive indicators and stong performance etc and today more than 4 times more buyers than sellers, why the fall in SP? Admittedly only very small, but it defies logic!

paulbrooks71: I entirely agree about the SP, it certainly seemed to defy logic. However, the on screen spread did not reflect reality. When I checked just before the close, Barclays stockbrokers were quoting a spread of 3.10p v 3.20p. I would therefore suggest that one of the MMs was out of line, but without level 2 I've no way of checking who had been the culprit. But in many ways that is of no consequence. This stock is worth more and now its pretty obvious that the market is getting behind it, which is all that really matters.
Cheers and good luck!
