If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Morning.
Stockwatch is still showing yesterday's data. Will it be up and running for opening?

If you do a refresh, the volumes from yesterday should clear out,

Ian - thanks. Yesterday's trade data has now cleared.
However, change on day figures appear to be compared against Monday's close rather than yesterday's. Are we stuck with that for the day?
Rgds,

dell,
Unfortunately, we have done a restart, but cannot correct that figure seperately.

greek,
yes we did have an issue with closing prices which was making the change prices incorrect. this is now resolved on stockwatch, and we are working on level 2
The close prices are still incorrect but other figures should be right.

Any chance of a reliable Level1 service this afternoon (let alone Level2) ?

Have logged in and out several times, still showing incorrect prices on my stockwatch furthermore the Level 2 is also incorrect, not realtime at all. Lost money as a result since the price had changed (did a dummy sell) and realised that the price shown on the stockwatch and Level 2 were well over 12 mins behind ADVFN :-( Sold out at a much lower price than I could have had Level2 been correct. Have sent you an e-mail.

Am so angry and disappointed at this moment, feeling very hard done by and cheated out of money as a result (405). I do appreciate that you specifically are not to blame which is why I am holding fire on losing my cool. Agree with qwento, your supplier has a lot to answer for.

Ian, just to let you know that there are no SCTN trades showing on the system since 1333 today.
As I cannot access streaming Stockwatch I have to look at the trades to see prices.
Is there something that can be done to refresh SCTN?
Thanks,
TT
EDIT:
As soon as I post up comes trades from 1357
