If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

kernow,
It works fine here - if nothing happens for you when you clcik on it, it would suggest that a pop up blocker has become enabled on your machine. Either in your browser, any toolbar you have on your browser (like Google, Yahoo etc), or your firewall.

Checking the Investors Room thread at 2130 hrs Fri 2nd found no trace of SEO.
Checked several times and there appeared to be a gap of about 1 hour between the bottom entry on page 1 and the top entry on page 2.
I could only find SEO by the search facility.
My portfolio at close also still appears a wrong total. It appears to have added todays increase onto the Wednesdays close and not Thursdays close, giving a wrong total at close today.
Anyone else still having same problems.

After watching a recent tv program about identity cloaning, I was thinking am I wise to use my name as my username on this site ?
What details about me can other users get to on this site ?
On the part My Account above, I can change some things but not my username, could you tell me how to do this please ?
Thank you JW.

Very strange that Ian who always replies very quickly to posters problems has been conspicuous by his absence. Very unusual, so wondering if he is ill.
Will patiently wait a couple of days re response.

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, you cannot change the username. The only information people can access about you is that which you add to your profile on the Bulletin Boards. All personal details are stored securely by us.

Ian,
I've just registered for L2 free trial (for which - thank you very much) but I can't get it working. I've logged out and logged back in again to no avail. All I get is a blank white page. Any ideas?
