moneymakesmoney - 12 Jun 2008 11:31 - 62 of 210

This is a company in desperation or as the city would say, completely in the shit. A fee of 25% to raise just 30,000, why not raise 30,000 through shareholders at no fee, aaargh, maybe because no shareholder would dare do it.

IncaGold plc (the "Company") announces that it has today entered into a Secured
Loan Agreement with Fox Capital Limited ("Fox") whereby Fox has made available
to the Company a working capital facility of up to 30,000 to secure the
Company's cash flow position in the near term. The principal terms are that, in
addition to paying interest at a rate of 1.5% above the HSBC base rate, the
Company shall pay a fee to Fox of 25% of the maximum amount drawn down during.....
the Loan Period which shall be paid to Fox on the Repayment Date

Holmes9. As you and your fellow investors flush your money down the toilet I should go out to B & Q and buy a plunger !! Unlike these shares, you can buy a plunger for 2 and when you get it home its still worth 2 not 50p:-)

chocolat - 12 Jun 2008 12:23 - 68 of 210

aldwickk - 12 Jun 2008 12:35 - 69 of 210

Can't the directors raise a small amount like 30,000 between them.

holmes9 - 12 Jun 2008 12:39 - 70 of 210

aldwick roy tilleard is the director of incagold/fox capital.fox put thier own man in the driving seat in dec on re-list.it is thier money.dyor

moneymakesmoney - 12 Jun 2008 12:43 - 71 of 210

Think they tried begging so the only option was for a director to cough up. the director must be very sure of the stability of the company and the security that he let them have the money at a very discounted rate, not. A 25% fee is an outrageous amount to cover his risk, plus libor plus 1.5%. The director has clearly no faith in the security of the company, very worrying if you are another shareholder, you must feel like you have been mugged!

holmes9 - 12 Jun 2008 12:46 - 72 of 210

starting too sound like an mm there moneymakesmoney.that would ring true as you said there is an overhang which there deffo is not.a bit short mr hoods/scap/wins.fox will give you zero as they know this will fly come the 25th.dyor

Dil - 12 Jun 2008 12:51 - 73 of 210

mms will give you zero of any stock plonker

moneymakesmoney - 12 Jun 2008 12:52 - 74 of 210

Holmes999. If you ring up Winterfloods, the principal market maker, and ask, you will be told about an overhang, they are happy to sell within the spread at 0.18 to shift excess. You probably have their number, most serious investors/trader do, but in case you have mislaid it is 0203 100 0000
