AMU quite rightly appears to be developing a small following, hence I have updated the header with a 'carrot' and the charts.

UK smallcap opening - Air Music & Media gains on Investors Chronicle tip
AFX
LONDON (AFX) - Buyers came for Air Music & Media, 1.13 ahead at 7.75 pence, after the Investors Chronicle advised readers to 'buy'.
With trading looking strong at the music distributor, and a share price target of 13 pence from broker Seymour Pierce, the shares look oversold, the IC concluded.

the way things are going if the sp did go up it would only come back down.
would like to see these go steadily up in the run up to the results and then double again when announced..
28p tops i reckon... imho...(more like in my dreams!)

Skyhigh-I think most of us would agree with the points
that you raised. It seems to be one step foward and two
steps back in relation to the share price.
Just remember 'Dreams can come true' (sometimes) and
before anyone posts it and so can nightmares.

RHPS have a limit buy price of 9p and a (I think) 12 month target of 14p. The date I belive it was tipped was July 04 and I belive its also still a buy.

Wilbs- Spot on there I subscribe to RHPS. It was
recommended as a 'buy' in June 2004.
I'm hoping that the 14p target price is raised after
the results are announced. The Broker, Seymour Pierce
also has a similar target price. I'm of the opinion
that 14p is not a true reflection of the worth of
this company.
Would appreciate feedback from other's on whether
they agree or disagree.

1704,
totaly agree. From what I know about RHPS, they usualy up their target price before or just after results. I understand that its got a low risk rating?
I belive that most of these 'tip sheets' target prices are always lower than what the sp usualy ends up at, it makes the 'tipsters' look good as they hit their target yet exceed it.
I have not been in AMU for long but to me it seems like a great company. After the results, hopefuly AMU will start to attract some 'big boys'.
A long term share but I belive will be worth the wait.
All in my honest opinion of course!!!

Wilbs-Totally agree with your views.
I've been a holder since the start of this year
and intend to stay so.
If only the share price would perform as well as
the AMU management team. Very frustrating waiting
for it do so.

1704,all,
its a frustating business but time usualy rewards.
Being such a small company in terms of AIM and the lack of coverage of the company will nearly always keep the sp down. Hence the spread, although its not as bad as bigger companies I have invested in. Like most 'minnows' as they are classed as, and the fact that AMU and others alike are a great company, the 'big boys' will not be interested until they have sold themselves to the city. When, and I mean when the instutions hear whisper, ears prick up and they realise its time to buy into this company, then thats when the sp will refelect the company.
There are many great companies out there but there are many that don't deliver.
One of the best sayings in the world, good thinks come to those who wait!!
How long?
How long is a piece of string?

Wilbs-Thanks for your post.
Myself and quite a few other's this year have
put foward similar views about AMU.
There are 3 things I will looking out for in
the prior to and after the results. All have
a bearing on the share price.
1.Comments regarding Maiden Dividend Payments
2.Future Acquisitions (AMU has made an acquisition
every year which has led to its growth)
3. Following the results announcements that Directors
have purchased a decent amount of shares. At present
the Directors do not own even half of 1% per cent of
AMU.

Strange share price movements this week.
The sp was down by 3% plus on Monday or Tuesday,
up by 3% plus yesterday and down again by 3% plus
today on less than 35k shares traded. If anyone
can make sense of these movements please provide
a explaination.
Looking foward to meeting up with the Senior
Management Team at AMU on the 22/6/05 prior
to the results being released in July 05.
Be Lucky!

So what's going on 'ere then.... bid now down to 6.25p ?!
This one has been tipped all over the place and it's going down... Doesn't make sense... can't see no reason for the fall...we're all being shafted while mms will probabaly make out of it!

Skyhigh-I share your frustrations.
Thank goodness the results are about to be announced
around the 5th July 2005. Not long to wait now. If the
sp does not head upwards after the results are announced
then I would be really worried.

Maiden Dividend Announcement
Rising profits before tax in line with forecasts
Rising EPS in line with forecasts.
Bullish outlook for profits and EPS for next year.
Seymour Pierce to remain as AMU Broker but also
another Broker to start covering AMU as well.
The 100k 'buy' at 7.94p was mine.
Confused it will all make sense next week.
