Galleon Licensing Agreement
RNS Number:3927X
Galleon Holdings PLC
30 May 2007
Galleon Holdings plc
("Galleon" or the "Company")
Re. Licensing Agreement
Galleon Holdings plc is delighted to announce, on behalf of its Product IP
Division, that it has today agreed to license its patented IP, EPIX, to Pepsi
Mexico. This initial trial permits the manufacturing of 50 million units
utilising the IP. For competitive reasons the Company has chosen to withhold the
value of this single licensing fee.
EPIX, is a technology that uses plastic density to create a photo-realistic
image within a flat object when held up to the light, has been selected for use
in Pepsi Mexico's manufacturing of a new range of collectible lids based on the
Spiderman franchise.
The deal, which carries no cost to Galleon, has implications far wider than this
single licensing contract. If the IP proves to be a popular promotional feature
within the Pepsi product, as the Company envisages, it could have global
potential across the Pepsi territories. The IP has also attracted the attention
of other fast moving consumer goods manufacturers with a view to striking
similar licensing deals for use of the IP for promotions in their lids and
packaging.
Stephen Green, Chief Executive, commented,
"The ability to license our IP to our customers for use in their manufacturing
process is a valuable new revenue stream for Galleon. It allows us to
perennially capitalize on our assets with little or no cost to the Company -
effectively dropping straight to the bottom line.
EPIX is a fascinating technology that can be used to turn packaging into a
promotional product, and is applicable to all ages. The range of applications
for EPIX as a value adding promotional mechanic for packaged brands is
unquantifiable. Clearly if Galleon is able to embed EPIX as a promotion within a
major food and drink packaged brand, even on a regional basis, it will have a
material impact on our business."

Good to see Fatkat getting a bit of publicity for Skunk Fu in Canada:
"Fatkat is still known for its flash animation on programs such as Chaotic for Teletoon, based on characters in a popular trading card game. The company has several new shows in production for various companies, including Super Normal about a typical teen turned superhero and Skunk-Fu combining a skunk, kung-fu and trouble."

Apollo's Pad project is a 360' IP (buzz word, meaning crossing all areas of media ie tv,internet, mobile phones and more).
Interesting to note that Sokator 442 (also a 360' platform) which is produced by 'Zoo Films' appears already destined for Apollo's Pad in that Copernicus Studios look as though they are recruiting to enable a smooth transition to Apollo's Pad.
Copernicus Studios are the overall animation producers for Apollo's Pad and the picture looks a lot like the one from the Galleons taster.Posted links for any comment as I can only go from information at hand!

Galleon Re Contract
RNS Number:3982Y
Galleon Holdings PLC
15 June 2007
Galleon Holdings plc
("Galleon" or the "Company")
Re. Contract
Galleon announces that its Product IP Division has received a further re-order
for its "Blasterz" product, as the global roll out of this toy continues.
PepsiCo has placed its second re-order for a European territory valued at
#121,600 (EUR 180,000).
Since Galleon launched this unique, patented toy premium in 2006, it has
generated sales in excess of #3 million (EUR 4.5 million), from an exclusively
blue-chip customer base. Both new and existing customers are continuing to
evaluate "Blasterz" as a long-term promotional premium in their international
territories whilst, at the same time, existing customers are placing repeat
orders for the territories in which "Blasterz" are already in use.
Chief Executive, Stephen Green, commented,
"This second repeat order supports our belief that "Blasterz" has longevity far
beyond one promotion. In fact, it works so well as a premium that we expect to
be generating revenues from this IP for many years to come."

Galleon Holdings PLC
19 June 2007
Galleon Holdings plc
('Galleon' or the 'Company')
First Order for New Product
Galleon is delighted to announce that its Product IP Division has today received
an initial order for a new product from global consumables manufacturer PepsiCo,
to be supplied in 4 territories. The first commission covers the materials and
associated manufacturing costs for an order which has an anticipated overall
value of 2,150,000 (1,454,000).
PepsiCo, who intend to use the product to drive promotions on a worldwide basis,
has successfully tested the new product, which cannot be named for competitive
reasons, in multiple markets.
The creation of this new product comes as the Company continues to roll out its
'Blasterz' IP, which first entered the market in January 2007 and has already
generated sales of 4.5 million (3.0 million) to date, demonstrating the
perennial value of this kind of toy premium based IP.
Chief Executive, Stephen Green, commented,
'Evidence suggests that our new product demonstrates the same potential quality
of earnings as 'Blasterz' and could provide a substantial revenue increase for
the division in the coming years. Not only is it good news to be launching a new
product at this time, but it is also a great endorsement of our abilities in
this market that PepsiCo should require a second promotional IP from us.'
