I think you should have a third option......

it stays at 0.2 bid and 0.35 offer for the duration (the stock market equivalent of a dead cert methinks !!)

this should result in this whole thread being chucked into a cyber graveyard

;o)

Dil

There is only one cyber billy no mates and that is you.

At least Suehelen is consistent with her views unlike you.

You told me to buy Jarvis and Nord Anglia in the past and I did my goolies in on both these dogs. I hold you personally responsible and I will hunt you down for as long as I live.

the laws of probability are now swinging in DMR's favour regarding an announcement...IMO its already overdue and probably down to technicalities regarding the factory sale (damn lawyers I expect querying access rights for a herd of springbok).

The Directors are examining new projects to be injected into the Company, but it
remains difficult to conclude any arrangements until the cash value of the South
African assets can be ascertained. Once again, shareholders will be informed of
progress as soon as possible.

from the above its logical to assume that as soon as the factory is sold, a company injection can be concluded....and it really is possible any day.

Also bearing in mind the below from an e-mail received from Brian Moritz...

The stone deposits are intended to be operated by a third party and Dimension, via
Natural Stone Industries, will be paid a royalty. This should enable the tax losses
to be used up against the income from the contractor. Selling the quarries outright
is not easy as we are advised that it would trigger a change from old order to new
order mining rights.

...DMR could actually be turning a profit assuming the contractor royalties exceed 50k/ year (DMR's only cost at present is the AIM listing fee which appears to be just under 25k a year)
