Stan

Really? Wow! (Stands back in amazement)

Have edited my previous post. ;-)

Dil,

You have released Craig Noone http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40108932

He always impressed me when we played your lot, a serial sub but as I say seem to have an impact when ever we came on.

Worth taking on trial at our level do you think?

Dil - 01 Jun 2017 11:28 - 5568 of 6918

Plays one good game in 10 Stan. Not surprised we released him and not disappointed either.

Needs a fresh start and could come good somewhere else but I wouldn't take a risk on him.

Stan - 01 Jun 2017 13:56 - 5569 of 6918

Thanks Dil.. I''ll pass that on to the Dyche chappy -):

Dil - 02 Jun 2017 09:14 - 5570 of 6918

Lol , think we're releasing Declan John and Anthony Pilkington who are both full internationals. Either of them would be a better option , being released as they don't fit Warnocks style of play.

Stan - 02 Jun 2017 09:26 - 5571 of 6918

We could do with a quick orthodox winger (in old parlance) one who can cross the ball accurately..been missing one for seasons now, oh yeah and one that doesn't keep getting injured -);

Real Madrid may have just won La Liga but they are only marginal favourites against Juventus in this Saturday's Champions League final in Cardiff. Gareth Bale returns home to attempt to retain the title for Real, but Buffon has other ideas.

Game on. And will Ronaldo score another hat trick? Maybe, since he's pretty good at it.

Not in the UK? See the Nord VPN stuff below.

When is it on? The Champions League final between Juventus and Real Madrid kicks off at 7.45pm BST on Saturday 3 June at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

It's live on TV on BT Sport

If you have BT Sport then just tune into BT Sport 2 to watch the final. It's also live on BT Sport's 4K UHD channel if you have a compatible 4K TV.

LIve on YouTube. Yes, you read that right - it's free to watch on YouTube in the UK!

On Freeview for free. BT is also being kind enough to ensure those not subscribed to its service can watch the final for free too. It's live, for free, on BT Sport Showcase on Freeview channel 115.

On the BT Sport app (iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet) for free.

Check out: Do I need a TV license? Not in the UK? Not a problem. You can watch the Champions League final even if you live outside the UK by using a VPN. A VPN is software that allows you to access blocked content even if you're not in the country. A VPN also improves your privacy while surfing. A particularly good option is Nord VPN, which at the moment is on offer. Simply installing on your computer will allow you to watch the Champions League final if you're outside the UK.

Not kindness it's part of their contract Exec .... think they have to show one game per round on freeview but obviously they didn;t advertise it.

Had to do a family visit yesterday afternoon 'up north'.

Guess what? The house uses Freesat - so no CL Final. Despite loads of the M1 having road alterations and a 50mph limit, I did manage to get home to watch the last 10 minutes of the game, though.

VICTIM - 04 Jun 2017 09:16 - 5575 of 6918

It was on Freeview but the they changed it over to Freeview HD only about 3 weeks ago changing to channel 115 so caught a lot of people out , like missing Europa league final and Champions league final , barstewards .

Fabulous by Real you have to say.....you really have to be all over Ronaldo like a rash ...getting to the ball before him each time...do that and RM can be beaten...anyway....well done the Under 20's getting to the world cup final....fantastic as well....now can England beat the Scots....?....I think so...

The prospect of Qatar hosting the 2022 World Cup has been plunged into the most serious doubt after the country’s neighbours broke off diplomatic relations and blockaded Qatar's borders.

Despite the multibillion-dollar preparations to host the 2022 tournament, which involve building nine stadiums and huge infrastructure, things are put into perspective by local reports that Qataris are so worried about the blockade that they are stocking up on food.

The border with Saudi Arabia is the only road route into the country; Qatar relies on sea ports for its materials and the blockade of airspace is a huge logistical handicap to the country and its flagship airline, Qatar Airways.

Might not be a bad thing to pack the whole idea in and go somewhere else. Undoubtedly, it would be a fair bit cooler for the players.

VICTIM - 11 Jun 2017 07:42 - 5578 of 6918

I did think they would win but same old England let it slip , Hart is not good enough just hope the manager realizes it , Why do defenders make stupid tackles in the last few mins .

VICTIM - 11 Jun 2017 07:44 - 5579 of 6918

The under 20 team World final on BBC at 10 50 today . England v somebody else .

Dil - 11 Jun 2017 09:51 - 5580 of 6918

Surely England can find some better players than those on display yesterday.

Dyer is awful , Hart should be replaced by Heaton and Kane did sod all and never does except for a last minute tap in.

I don't think I had heard of any of the Scotland team before the game.

Wales to get comfortably stuffed without Bale this afternoon imo.

"No, no, no, no. No, no dandruff. No, no, no, no."

Nice guy with lots of 'style'. Nice hair too, but with questionable goal-keeping abilities.

Only had to take two saves and missed each one.

2517GEORGE - 11 Jun 2017 12:51 - 5582 of 6918

For Scotland's 1st goal England's wall was just that, immovable, their feet never left the ground.

Stan - 11 Jun 2017 13:26 - 5583 of 6918

Out celebrating so I missed the game but going by many people's comments Hart's been poor for quite a while so surprised that he's still involved with The England 1st team.

As Dil says Heaton must be seriously considered as he's been on fire for years and so has Trippier from my first hand knowledge.

VICTIM - 12 Jun 2017 07:35 - 5584 of 6918

Well we are under 20 World Champs they did something the seniors couldn't do , hold on to a lead .
