I look forward to the day when the UK introduces policies like the US where potentially misunderstood forward looking statements must have a clear disclaimer with them.
Forward-Looking Statements
Statements in this press release regarding management's future expectations, beliefs, goals, plans or prospects, including statements relating to the Company's research, technology, future products and the market for them, its trials and its future product development and introduction efforts, may constitute forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Actual results could differ materially from those stated or implied in forward-looking statements due to a number of factors. Forward-looking statements include statements regarding expectations, beliefs, intentions or strategies regarding the future and can be identified by forward-looking words such as "anticipate", "believe", "could", "estimate", "expect", "intend", "may", "should", "will", and "would" or similar words.
Know any company that loves to write those words all over the press releases ? -
What date can those 44M new shares be dumped on the market is it 13th June ?
Strange the owners of Biotec did not want to be paid in shares and wanted only cash ? do they see no potential of future long term rises in the SP ? would have thought if things are so good they would have loved to have SE0 shares as payment ?? ;-)

Positive trading today; summary figures under-estimate the buy/sell ratio because sells include a 1million trade sale for which there is, of course, a buyer. Baza - time yet to join the MoneyAM golf challenge if you take to like a duck to water. More drivel from II. Better for SEO that Biotec take cash as the funds raised will have been taken by institutional investors and brokers who will be making a turn on sales to their investor base. Doubt whether there will even be a ripple on the market.
As the strategy rolls out you gradually get a fuller picture. For instance, the comment about the US deal(s) following the completion of the third trial. First, this shows how important these trials are for SEO as well as ASDA. Second, there marketing value should not be under-estimated in proving the case to the US majors, including, of course, Wal-Mart. II sticks with his nasty minimilast position and will be saying the same things when SEO hits 1billion! lol! Interesting that he has stopped arguing that the true price should be 4p given that it has taken SEO 1 day to raise 6million plus at 21.25p. He continues to evade what the real reason is for putting such a huge amount of time into researching knocking copy for SEO. I suspect it is, in fact, that he is funded to do so by BPRG. If he says no, who is going to believe him?

Thanks for the invite to Golf Eric - but I have tried it before - and quite frankly it was embarrassing - so thank you - but I will respectfully decline your kind offer until I can at least hit the ball.

just been looking at the pattern before and after the last placing in feb. there is an increase in price from the announcement to the day the new shares come into play. there then follows a few down days. so far , things are looking the same.

I guess there may be many programme traders who are selling at 25p - once the target price from 6, 8, 15 - wherever they started from. Can't blame them for taking a slice of profits to place elsewhere (that's the numbers game that will always make fund managers underperform private investors), but porbably still leaving a good slice in for further gains.
Anyway, the selling's not stopping the momentum of this story which continues to be a total page-turner.
