If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

driver,
can you try again now please? I think that there may be something strange in 1 of your watchlists which is causing this - i will take a look through them and see if I can find the problem.
Ian
EDIT: Driver I can see the problem looks like you have some watchlists but have not put any stocks in them - I will get them removed here and that should stop this from happening again,
Ian

That happened to me once, just after they handcuffed me to the bed and pi$$ed off with my wallet.

I am having the same problem as Richgit. Doesn't matter how often I refresh charts in terminal I get yesterday's chart till about 8.15. This may not be happening at your end, but it is happening here. Still not refreshing to today's chart. H

Digger,
It sounds like you have an old session stuck on your machine. Click on the log out button at the top of MoneyAM and then click on Traders room, you should be prompted to login. Login as normal and then try again,

Spaceman,
It looks like it is because it is quoted in dollars - our system is designed to display quotes in sterling, and therefore, as this comes through as $66.12, our system will show it as 67.12p.
Apologies for the inconvenience,
Ian

Digger,
I replied to your E mail - are both machines connected through a router? If so it could be that the firewall on the router is blocking this in someway. You may need to play around with the settings if this is the case,
