As I have had Fred Squelched for any months, I have no idea nor no interest in what he says on any subject, but even before clicking onto the site, I would have bet that Fred would be one to cry over the death of Bin Laden.

This world would be a far better place if it got rid of many more such people as Bin Laden.

Just put them at the end of a gun sight and I would happily squeeze the trigger.

I can obviously tell by the many replies to Fred, just how his posts must read.

No doubt he would not have considered the chance of BL detonating an explosive device. Many such devices can be detonated remotely by the simple act of closing or opening a hand.

Who really cares what the ArchBishop of Canterbury has to say on any subject. He is just the leader of one of groups of believers in fairies and extra-terrestial beings. He is about as relevant as adults that believe in Father Christmas. It is about time we had a secular society and stopped giving any weight or importance to utterances from delusionals.

On a serious note, all Christian leaders can promise is that true believers go to heaven, play harps and sit about on clouds all day looking down on beautiful gardens.

There is nothing in the Koran offering 72 virgins let alone beautiful ones. There are sayings supposedly attributed to Muhammad suggesting that heaven would offer each person 80,000 servants and 72 wives. I can't imagine anything worse than 72 wives.

true islam and the koran does not say many things that are foisted as "truths" by (not necessarily) fundamentalists especially on their womenfolk - e.g. being obliged to go in public in full burqa or not being allowed to drive or not being academically educated

Well interesting to see an ex-policeman who appeared to advocate torture, is now advocating murder.

I do hope he volunteers to rejoin the police force as a special constable to bolster up Cameron failing society.

Fred is entitled to his views just as much as anyone else on hereis so attack the post not the poster if you don't like them , (must remember that myself).

And in the past Fred has often made many valid points and on occassions I have been on his side against the majority on here in what he says.

Keep posting Fred but please state what you would have done in possession of the same information as Obama was. In fairness its easy to criticise other peoples opinions when not giving your own so what would you have done ?
