bosley, never been a holder, but am with your sentiments. Where/when is the hearing - can one turn up (in a suit?) anyone know - it would be good to hear this one from the horses' mouths, as it were. Can't understand the BPRG link with Mr Tdy - something that could be said to be untidy if nothing else. Furthermore I'm not all that convinced that BPRG are all they might seem....all looks fishy to me along with a whole RNS devoted to Directors oiling their backs with options, but I could be wrong....

hi hang on. im still watching and waiting for news. there has been good developements as far as seo are concerned. they are moving along nicley as a company and pieces of the jigsaw they are making are fitting together. i still think this is a good company with prospects . my only concern is this case with bprg . would like to it over , done and dusted one way or the other. once that uncertainty is gone then i will make my decision. like you , i dont think bprg are all they are cracked up to be. the what if scenario i am thinkng is , what if seo win ? where does that leave bprg ? if bprg win , seo has other products to sell and develope, but to me bprg come over like a one trick pony.

i just couldnt wait for the court case to be settled. there are too many other very good things going for this company and i dont think the ruling whichever way it goes is going to affect the price that much . just to update , big write up shares mag a few weekas ago . tipped as a buy , lots of potential which we all know about . and today it begins.

Bosley,
Question is whether to top up now or wait until the court case. Not that is should affect long-term prospects but if they lose no doubt there will be some bailing going on and you'll get more for your dosh.
I think this company is going to be a flyer, working in the packaging industry as I do I can see why the excitement.

Hi Bosley and Andy,
Took your advice - certainly SEO looks good and supported by Shares Mag. Bought some today at 6.5p.

If Grampian sign up they will be the first of many as you can bet the supermarkets will start to take real notice and maybe even specify, also competitord will have to follow suit to realise the packaging cost savings.
Wish the court case with BPRG would hurry up and then this should start trading higher, seems to have a 5.5pish support now.

Both companies will do well once this court case out of the way, so many other potential profit streams for both, whoever loses will be affected on the day but should soon recover, see it as a buying opportunity. DYOR, I hold BPRG but may hold SEO after announcement...
