I expect a price increase when acquisitions and contracts commence.

there seems to have been quite a few big trades on this share in the last week or so without much altering in the price

I believe there is still a little settling in of the new team to appreciate and that there will be very little dramatic movement here for another month or two.
worth holding in my opinion though.

The buoyant state of your economy is a major factor in why I am interested in
this company.Property related companies will,in general,benefit greatly from
it.

I bought 1,250,000 at this price last week.They went up and are merely down
again to this point.Very small volume so I am not worried.

I never give price targets.I have consistently criticised rampers and often
wonder what their motives are.I hardly ever have price targets.I see what way
a share is going and am happy to make a reasonable profit.

I will most probably not sell until the price goes up as I believe a downside
will be brief.
