NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.
Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

nice to see finishing the year on a new high
with no news about to drive the sp up
news is bound to come in the new year and if all
the indicators are correct with betting online booming
and asia just around the corner 2005 should be a great year
to stay onboard with this one
wishing everybody a happy and prosperous new year
regards HUSTLER.

Some nice chunky buys and only small sells today. I'm still holding for long term as I think this could rise and rise!!

Bit surprised by the volatility in this, but if you go back a few months you can see how much it is up. The big surprise to me is that if you were already in this stock and had sussed out its potential ... why on earth would you be selling after a relatively small gain!
Perhaps there are still punters/ fund managers who do not realise what a potential gorilla they have got on their hands. I am going to sit very tight to my shares in this one - partly since, having a neteller account myself, I can see how much they are taking off me, and I cannot see where else I am better off moving to. They are ahead of the game and it is hard to see their monopoly being broken - maybe the only danger is bad debts.

hi gf and a happy new year to you.
year end was 31 dec final results should be due at begining of
march as interims to end of june were stated on 2nd sept
however news on trading over xmas period should be out shortly
if good as we anticipate this should spark up the sp prior
to results and if the figures are in line with brokers forcasts
or hopefully exceed forcasts this should be the platform to go
conciderably higher
and don't forget about asia when this comes into the equation
the skys the limit.
regards HUSTLER

From Independent today:
NETeller on winner
Don't think the rise in the share price of NETeller is over. The company operates an e-wallet which funnels money from online gamblers to betting and casino sites. The company takes over the risky and expensive business of verifying users' identities and checking for credit card fraud - so the gambling sites are happy to accept cash from NETeller accounts, and pay a percentage fee to do so.
The stock has soared from its 200p placing price to 338.5p on Friday, in large part thanks to getting the Financial Services Authority stamp of approval to operate in the UK and expand in Europe. Its next step is into Asia, where it must sign a tie-up with a local bank, probably initially in China. Because the cost of the business is so low, it can simply sit back and cream off cash from an ever-increasing number of customers, and is forecast to double earnings this year, even without an Asian deal.
