NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Good to see they have got that crucial foothold in Asia. IMHO the story is still only starting for this one. I will be surprised if the sp does not double within 12 months.

hi gallik
if transaction into asia goes without any major hitches
as you say look forward to double the sp
could even treble 20.00 +
sounds unbelievable i know but there are a lot of companies
out there trading on p/e of 30 plus with nowhere near the
potential this one has
all the best

On second thoughts, looking back to when you opened the thread (17th Nov 2004 with the SP at 3.15), I am not sure why I am being so pessimistic!!

A good weekend to all.

Dil - 05 Mar 2005 09:39 - 568 of 1341

Just looking at 1100p as first target gf then I'll update my forecast based on the situation at the time.

Good luck.

regards HUSTLER

Dil - 05 Mar 2005 17:34 - 570 of 1341

You got a summary of what the Mail said Hustler ?

Cheers

goldfinger - 05 Mar 2005 23:31 - 571 of 1341

Dil Im with you ,if things go wrong and I dont expect them to Im still backing you 100%, thats what a buddy is for.

cheers GF.

HUSTLER - 06 Mar 2005 11:30 - 572 of 1341

Hi Dil
Sat Daily Mail Broker Buys - Durlacher says buy at 622 now 690
Has begun to penetrate Far Eastern card payment market
short term price target 700 - End.
view as slightly misleading as it quotes wait for 10% drop
then target only 12% rise ??
The report fails to mention Durlachers longer term target
I believe I am correct in saying to be 1200
bearing in mind the sp has gone up 105% in the last 8 weeks,
a retraction in price from profit taking prior to news, due in
approx 4 weeks is possible, however supporters will argue the price
now is still attractive and the opportunity to buy lower
may not arise only time will tell.

Money Week
States there has been a gambling frenzy on Wall Street
in casino stocks - But there are still some stocks available
on reasonable valuations - Sportingbet - NETeller - Cryptologic.

All the best
HUSTLER

Dil - 06 Mar 2005 23:18 - 573 of 1341

Cheers , here's to another good week.

Posted: 3/3/2005 More press comment missed.

1Pays snapped up by NETeller for US$12.5m
Alternative payment giant NETeller has purchased the firm behind 1Pay, the leading Chinese payment processor, for US$12.5m in a hugely important strategic move.
NETeller has agreed to pay the sum in cash over two years for Macau-based Quick Access, owned by Macau telecom service provider CTM.

The acquisition allows NETeller with instant access to the potentially huge Chinese market, and the firm said it will swiftly integrate the 1Pay system with its existing ewallet.

Seems that 1Pay may prove to be to Neteller what Paradise has been to Sportingbet - a goldmine bought for peanuts.!!!

cheers GF.

Come to think of it,a 4% rise makes you think.

Should I leave my cash in a building Society for 1 year and get 4%, or should I buy NLR for one day? (OK with dealing costs, spread etc - lets make that 2 days)???

goldfinger - 07 Mar 2005 11:32 - 577 of 1341

LOL, yup blasted through the 7 Quid barrier here comes 8quid easily and it still is very cheap with a forward P/E of 11.5.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 07 Mar 2005 12:15 - 578 of 1341

Gets a mention in TechInvest...............

"Final results are due April 5. Hold tight for these. The shares are up 151% since our New Buy tip in October."

Yes they were telling investors 2 months ago there was nothing wrong in taking some profits off the table.Kind of indicates to me that their stance has changed now and they are even more bullish than ever - lets hope so.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 07 Mar 2005 12:19 - 579 of 1341

Neteller was recommended in Money Week along with Sportingbet and a Candian company Cryptologic as the best plays on Internet Poker.

cheers GF.
